We stayed at high beach white - grand beachfront suite (the biggest room at and with best view at White’s) with premium all included. Room was excelent, great sea view, big balcony. Clean and comfy. Cleaned every day, towel and linen change every second day. Great private pool only for White’s guests. Located next to main hotel’s teritory, where are located 2 restaurants (main and a la carte), bar, etc. Food in breakfast and lunch was average, but no one died of starving. Dinner was ok. Beachfront bar was really good, located at two froors (2nd floor adults only). Staff in all hotel was realy nice and helpful. Especially big thanks to bartender Giorgos, he was really friendly and really tried to do his best.
The summer paradise indeed
Luxury suites directly on the beach. The perfect location. The summer breeze is keeping us totally relaxed. Very clean and very luxus rooms while the service team is Very friendly. Superior service from breakfast to dinner. We enjoyed our late breakfast at Elia restaurant and diner too! The perfect place for summer holidays. Waiting to come back. Thank you High Beach team!!!
Good holidays but not great
We spent one week in this hotel. In the overall, this is a nice place but some things are missing to meet th 5-star standards.
Positive aspects :
- The food of the main restaurant is good and diverse
- The food and the service at the restaurant by the beach is perfect
- The location : near the beach (only a few meters away)
- The room are rather big and comfortable
- The massages
Negative aspects

the water is only heated with solar panels so there is no hot water in the mornings and in the evenings. This is really not pleasant to take a cold shower even when it’s hot outside

There is not enough sunbeds around the swimming pool. Only 4 « Classic » ones and the other are round so nobody wants to take them. It has led to some tensions around the pool which is not what we need during holidays.

The « adults Only part » is only for the pool area. In the main restaurant, for breakfast the Resort and the adult only hotel are together. There is a part in the restaurant where there are only adults but the room is too cold and not very welcoming. Besides, the resort is quite huge so you don’t have the intimate environment you are looking for when choosing an adult only hotel. This should be specified more clearly on the booking sites.

As a couple, this was weird not only to have 2 separate beds but also two different set of sheets so that it was not possible to make it as one bed.

Holiday as it should be
What a beautiful resort and what a nice people. Especially Didi she is very friendly always joyful. She represent a very nice wellness. Also the staff in the wellness is very professional. Besides the resort is fantastic, they make it complete.

Pavlos and Viki delivered particularly pleasant and relaxing treatments, making our experience truly memorable. Additionally, Didi's professional approach in arranging a suitable time and space for our session was commendable. We highly recommend their services.
