Spa Rejuvenation
We used the spa amenity, together with my wife. We had the deep tissue massage as we are both working at a desk. The experience was amazing, so relaxing and very well carried through. Alexandra was the one who took care of me and she applied the right pressure, hit all the great spots and kept asking if all is well. Would go again 100% and recommend it to other guests as well

Fabulous.
We stayed at Ammo’s Beach Hotel in Malia and had a fantastic time. The service was exceptional, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, and the food was amazing with plenty of choice. The location was perfect too. It’s only about a 2-minute walk to the strip, but far enough away that we weren’t disturbed by any noise at night. We also loved exploring the Old Town, which has a lovely atmosphere and some beautiful restaurants. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely stay here again. We’d highly recommend Ammo’s Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Malia.

Not a five star hotel!
We stayed at the hotel last month. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing but that’s about the only thing it’s got right. The staff aren’t the friendliest, a couple do make the effort and the rest seem almost annoyed if you query something, so it’s a very awkward vibe, especially with it being such a small hotel premises. The food was the worst I’ve had, I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 stars, this is a 3 at most. Food is not fresh at the buffet, it’s reheated rubbish - I was absolutely shocked at the food!!! If you do plan on staying go next door to the beach club - amazing food and drinks for cheaper! The manager is quite happy to turn people away for wearing specific items to dinner (odd in an adults only) hotel but his waitress had 5 inch nails on… serving food! You also can’t control your aircon yourself. You need to phone to have it switched on - every single time you want it on. Hotel is definitely on its knees and struggling as there aren’t many people dining / drinking at their bar / restaurant. It’s a shame actually - it’s in a lovely location and with the correct management/ staff / chef- it would be a lovely place to stay! We won’t be back, I’ve never wanted to come home so quickly from a holiday.
