Summer Holiday 2026
Nice clean hotel, the room we had was a little small for a family of 4 and mattress on extra bed was very thin.
We had bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and food was fresh and not left sitting. The staff waiting on were very friendly and helpful.
I did use the gym, it had everything needed for a basic workout. My only concern was, that there where are young children that had come with parents using the machines with weights and walking close the treadmills when in use and as it’s a small space it made me worry that there might be an accident and it felt overcrowded.
The animation team were excellent, Lucas and his team made everything fun and both my boys couldn’t wait for the next activity to start. They joined in and made it fun. I couldn’t praise them enough!
You do need to get up early to get a bed in a area that want, people do get up and save beds with towels and sometimes don’t come back for them all day, which was a shame when people needed a bed. However, the lifeguard at the pool was really helpful and called to get a bed brought up from the beach when we asked.

Amazing place
We have been coming to this hotel since 2005 and we believe it is the best hotel in the entire Crete! Location, beach, food, staff…it is just amazing! This year we also tried the spa and we were blown away. Eva and Anna made our treatments memorable and we will definately come back for another one. Thank you!
Greek Hospitality at its best! Perfect!
I will start at the end of the stay which is quite unusual. The last evening we found a note to contact reception. When I called back they kindly asked if we had arrange taxi for our return, if we wanted breakfast for the little ones as we were leaving quite early or if we needed assistance with our luggage. This is customer service at its finest. This is greek hospitality at its best. Excellent hotel. Great staff. Everyone always with a smile and everyone greeting everyone. It’s one of the few times that we decided that as a family we will be returning. The sandy beach, the choice of swimming pools, the kids club made the stay pleasant. Food was great. We booked bed and breakfast but we were upgraded to half board without charge which was convenient with the kids. In the evenings we choose to go out as we spent our entire day in the resort. Looking forward to coming back. The best of all? The sound of the sea! ❤️
