Good eating here in comfort.
Ate in the sushi resteraunt here. Nice al fresco style meal for 3 of us came to over €130 with 1 alcoholic drink so not cheap but nice atmosphere & quite spacious. Polite staff & delicious food.

Mixed Opinions
All aspects of this Hotel are very good. With the exception of the rooms. We stayed for 10 nights end of September to early October. On the first night we had a few issues with our room. This was rectified 2 days later. We have been coming to this area of Crete for over 30 years and stayed in a few hotels. We decided after walking past this hotel more times than we can count, that this was the place we wanted to treat ourselves to a stay in. The food is excellent and the service is also. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Especially Evelina and George in the main bar. I asked for my drink in a particular kind of glass on the first night and every night after that I got the same kind of glass without having to ask. This is the sign of an excellent barman and this kind of service is priceless. Evelina and George made our holiday so special with their kindness and Evelina is such a lovely girl so friendly and such good fun. Also Jenny in the Mediterraneo Restaurant another kind and friendly person. It’s people like this that you remember for a long time. The rooms however did not meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel. Unless the rooms we had were not a good representation of others in the hotel. Ours rooms 24 and 234 felt tired and I need of modernising. We never really had a good night sleep the whole 10 days. It was our most expensive holiday ever but not our best. The food and the staff made up for it, but the rooms were disappointing.

Good end of summer season
Very clean hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are nice, although you can hear the neighbours sometimes, but it wasn't a big issue for us. A special thank you to Eleni and Eva for the massages. Both were extremely professional, listened carefully to our needs, and adapted the treatment to what our bodies needed. Fantastic therapists! Would definitely recommend.

A huge thank you to Maria and Maria, who are both absolutely lovely, friendly, and welcoming! 🥰 They are always smiling, in a great mood, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to them, we had a fantastic experience! We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back! ☀️

Place, locations and people are helpful. Massage and Facial service Valentina is very accomodating and funny. Anna and Eleni make their job wonderful I had a relax and felt good after having a massage and Facial. Highly recommended.
