Amazing! We come back for sure
My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay at 24 Seven Boutique Hotel, it was just perfect. The staff really makes you feel at home, as they are super welcoming and sweet. We got welcomed with drinks and had so much fun with the staff and the other customers. We even went on a trip altogether, which the hotel owner had organized for the ones that were interested! You really see how he enjoys when the customers enjoy their stay, it is lovely. Besides the warm and open environment, the rooms are super nice and clean, as it was just renovated. Also, they have a restaurant just across the street with super good food. The hotel's location is also very convenient as it is located in the Old Town of Malia (which is where all the other good restaurants are located 😉).

Fantastic holiday, brilliant staff, spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. Will definitely go again. Everyone so helpful and friendly. No problem too big or too small. They even provide airport transfers if booked direct through their website.

Vagelis collected us from the airport & was very welcoming. Hotel lovely location in Old Town. 1st floor room with balcony over pool area. Great view of mountains behind. Room clean & tidy, plenty of storage space & nice size. Tasty breakfast, staff friendly & explained menu alternatives. Self service drinks and food to table

First class stay, all so positive
I booked this late to catch up with some friends you were already in Malia in a different hotel.
The hotel is in the old town, 10 minutes max to the top of the strip. The old town is a great place for a holiday in Malia away from the noise of the strip.
From arriving to leaving the staff, particularly the manager (sorry forget his name!!) we’re super friendly, so helpful and made the stay so enjoyable.
On arrival greeted by the manager by my first name, shook hands, showed me to my room personally and explained the facilities in room etc. Then back to the bar for a free cold beer welcome drink!!!
The room was immaculate, including a small kitchen area with fridge and coffee machine. There are toiletries and coffee making to last a couple of days. I had a balcony over the pool area.
The guests were mixed but primarily youngsters visiting the strip who were all very well behaved and polite. The hotel would not tolerate anything other than to be honest.
Again the pool area was immaculate and the bonus being that there are always sun beds avail me until the youngsters wake up at around 2pm!!!
The breakfast was first class, catered for all, including a full cooked breakfast.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough if visiting Malia, whether younger and visiting the strip or for couples/ family enjoying the old town or Crete in general.
