Amazing place
Stayed at Galini palace hotel in Kolymbari, for a week 28th july - 4th August with partner and 6 year old, i must say after seeing a few negative reviews i was in fact really impressed with this hotel, people mentioning not 5 star however IMO not far off. The staff were amazing, most i think are nepalese and always smiling and helping as much as possible, the cleaning staff including rooms were great, the place is pretty immaculate. The room was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. You were escorted to tables for breakfast and dinner and gave table service for drinks, the food had a superb diversity and at dinner changed each day in our 7 day stay. The entertainment which was very good most nights was primarily focussed for the young and was all done for 9.30 -10.00pm which suited us. The swimming pool was unbelievable with so much space to swim or play, the slides which are based up by reception to keep the noise away from those around the main pool were fantastic, my lad loved them. It was easy to hire a car in the small town a 5min walk away with very reasonable prices The beach opposite the hotel was pebbly but with beach shoes not a problem and there was a sand shelf once in the sea up to waist level For the price i thought this was a real bargain and will probably see prices soar up on this newish hotel resort I did see a previous comment about a break in to a room whilst they were sleeping along with their child, this did worry us and we ended up putting obstacles in place to make sure no one entered, however the front door does have a double lock which cant open with a card from outside, the patio door was sensitive and i could see how someone could leave this open when thinking locked, that said if both doors locked properly the only way someone coming in is with forced entry. Galini Palace in my opinion is a hidden gem and it stands a chance i will return.

Great experience with great views
Good hotel with great views and good food with good staff hotel was clean and every one was helpful to us.. want to vidit again in another season
All inclusive is exclusive
Lots of vagueness about their meal plans Information misleading or not forthcoming. Dinner reservations for special dinner menu are only two days out of the week. Also it is only available if you stay more than seven nights.
