Beautiful and well functioning resort hotel
Clean, beautiful and everything functing with same calm but efficient way. Enough pool space for every body to find their own atmosphere, from kids areas to silent areas.
Barely any aircon and too many errors. Poor staff I don’t think are well cared for
Nice pools, only major negative (although many minor negatives) is the dire lack of air conditioning or fans. The rooms are too warm and the there is no aircon in restaurants so is really hard to cope with the extreme heat. I felt so sorry for the staff working in such hot conditions.
The service is very slow and quite poor in the restaurants, but felt this was probably as they ran the hotel on too few staff that were likely poorly paid and poorly looked after.
The restaurant food was nice but buffets were quite sparse.
There are so many small things that are just annoying that made this hotel an experience I would not repeat. Poor advertising of entertainment/ activities. Everything is just bland/ basic and with the decent pools they have could be made into such a better resort.
Like why is the minibar only ever filled once? Why isn’t there room service? But most annoying thing of all, why in a country that is 35c in summer is there no aircon or even fans?!!!

Clean and modern
Brilliant hotel, would recommend to friends and family. Stayed as a family of 5 with young children. Hotel and pool were exceptionally clean. Food was lovely with plenty of options for lunch and the al a carte restaurants (in particular the Asian restaurant) were a real highlight. The pool area was great with lots of space in and out of the pool. Good service too. Would definitely go back - it was a brilliant hotel!
Only very small opportunity for improvement is a better place in the evening for a drink as the lobby bar was full on a few evenings meaning the only option for an evening drink was the pool bar - as we had young children this wasn’t too much of an issue as wernt always able to stay up for an after dinner drink anyway. Some syrup options for ice coffee would also be great.
