Great hotel with 3 different A la carte restaurants and one big buffet-restaurant. We did enjoy the Blue Dong and Al Fresco. The best lunch experience was at Seaside where Sofia, Kostas and Michalis operated the bar and food service. We would like to give this crew 5 out 5 stars, you are simply the best! We do hope that the hotel manager see your potential and reward you for the effort you put in to your work. A huge thank you from the Swedish couple 🥂🍾
Arrived on the 29th. Given a lovely suite on the ground floor with swim up pool overlooking the pool bar. Check in quick. Room ,one king sized bed. Nice bathroom. Plunge Pool DEEP throughout. Not for KIDS. Pool was ok. Wouldn't book that type of Room again. Hardly used. Fridge in the room. Few cans/wine in the fridge......NOT RESTOCKED throughout the week. ??? NO OPTICS in the room.
Main pool was good. Best bar in the complex by a mile. Staff excellent.
Beach bar was ok. Pool NOT for adults, shallow throughout. Beach Rocky and not good. Food at the beach bar good. Staff lovely.
3 independent restaurants. For me the Italian is the best. Such lovely food. Asian food was good.
Used the adults only for breakfast as I saw flies on food in the main a la carte restaurant.
Main bar, piano bar is lovely, but service as with all the complex is a lot chaotic. Sometimes waits of 30 minutes is the norm. They do not want you in there past 11pm we felt. It felt very quiet even though it wasn't .folk just didn't use it.
Overall it's a nice hotel. A bit tired. Need A a lick of paint and some diy. Would I return. No. It's just so quiet at night. Odd nights have some singer/piano .
We visited two years ago and were really hoping we would enjoy our stay just as much as we did then — but somehow, we actually enjoyed it EVEN MORE!
The hotel has made some brilliant improvements to the evening entertainment, and we loved every bit of it as a family. The piano bar was just wonderful every evening, and our children particularly enjoyed the fun shows in the amphitheatre. There was something for everyone, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
The food was absolutely perfect throughout our stay — breakfast, lunch, evening meals and all the snacks in between! Every restaurant we visited was fantastic, and we genuinely couldn’t fault a thing.
The pool is honestly the best we have ever experienced at a hotel resort. It was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained and absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying time as a family.
The drinks and bar service around the pool were 100%! The only very minor concern was the bottled beer being served in glass bottles, as we did worry slightly about the possibility of them smashing around the pool. Other than that, everything was perfect. The pool bar staff were amazing with our children and were always so friendly and welcoming to all of us. The food from the pool bar was brilliant too!
Last time we stayed in a suite with a private pool, so we did wonder whether the family room might feel like a bit of a let-down this time around. We were very wrong! The family room was lovely for two adults and two children, with plenty of space and a great location close to all the amenities. The toiletries were stunning — I wouldn’t even bother bringing my own next time! The minibar was a lovely touch, and the welcome-back cakes and Prosecco were such a thoughtful surprise.
The beach bar and pool felt almost like our own private retreat. It was so peaceful, quiet and serene. The food here was perfect for lunch, and the five-course evening meal was absolutely amazing. Watching the sunset from here was phenomenal and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
We will 100% be back with our children! In fact, I doubt we would choose anywhere else for a resort holiday in Europe now that we’ve found this perfect place. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return!
Great hotel near the beach. Food was tasty and good amount of choices. Room was also nice but location of our suite was bit disapointment. Because of room location balcony was not in use. Didnt want to look dirty field or hotel wall. Also TV at the room was quite old. Not possible to stream example netfix before going to sleep.
A stunning property, built with great care and a focus on sustainability, and managed exceptionally well; there is a wide range of dining options and numerous amenities. Guests are pampered, and every need is met instantly. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything one might need. The staff is incredibly kind. The only downside—though this is largely due to the poor manners of some guests—is the difficulty in finding available sunbeds on the beach, as they are often claimed merely by towels spread out over them.
