Excellent hospitality, beautiful rooms, and a perfect beach. I will definitely be back!
We’ve just come back from the most amazing week away, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely and super clean. The hotel being adults-only made it very quiet, and peaceful. the food was incredible. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. so much choice, all fresh, high quality, and delicious. It was almost impossible to decide what to have! We also ate at the hotel several times during our stay and never had a bad meal. In fact, we ended up spending more time at the hotel than we had originally planned because we enjoyed it so much. The hotel is only around 10 minutes from Chania Old Town, with easy access to buses and taxis, making it really convenient to explore the area. What really made our stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We honestly couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Such a lovely hotel, the rooms are so lovely and clean and the location is great, whilst being situated in a nice and quiet area, it is just a short bus journey away from chania, the bus stop is just outside the hotel which is great.
We opted for a Junior Suite with a limited sea view and balcony. The suite upgrade was definitely worth it, as we visited quite late in the season we spent a lot of time in our room and on the balcony, and we could see the sea just fine if we popped our head round the corner.
We also opted for half board, but I did find the meal choices very repetitive, so we did opt for eating out in chania etc during our stay
Great location, beautiful hotel with very nice pools and wonderful private beach. Tania, a delightful girl from Ukraine, did a fantastic job as a guest host and entertainer. She is a extremely friendly person and competent in organizing and carrying out gymnastik programs and games as well as small competitions (boule, pétanque, boggia) for the hotel guests. I very much enjoyed my stay!
Rude staff, a few friendly. Managers are utterly smug and dismissive. Rooms are average, bathrooms are like a prison cell with pathetic showers. Food good. Will not return, shame as came here for a special occasion and have been so disappointed. Atlantica imperial in Rhodes is a different class, real 5* and lovely staff
