Hotel Aasia Boulevard Crete is very nice & very clean rooms nice enough hotel staff very nice & very friendly & helpful, hotel is more 4 star, I gladly stay there again but WOW not there, it sits on the worst beach I’ve ever been on & I’ve been on lots, I went with Jet2 & THE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE WHAT ITS REALLY LIKE beach is like a land fill & a mess, didn’t have food at the hotel so can’t comment, but food outside is amazing but the streets are grubby, kept awake EVERY NIGHT WITH NIGHT CLUBS PUMPING OUT MUSIC UNTIL 6IN THE MORNING & kids partying & sitting outside the hotel making a racket, no one moving them on, We were more tired after the holiday, sorry Vasia nice hotel wrong place & sorry we won’t be back
The best hotel in Crete
Me and my GF went to a vocation and as we arrived to the hotel the crew was taking care of us so good The brakefast was so delices and the crew is taking care of everything you would like to get So if you wanna go to a vocation in Crete just do yourself a favor and go to this hotel!
Excellent hotel and location
We stayed here 21/6/2026 for 2 weeks. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All of the staff, from booking in to overseeing breakfast in the morning. The cleaners were thorough, tea, coffee and water were replenished every day. The reception is manned 24 hours and were excellent at handling any queries, nothings too much trouble. The breakfast had a wide variety and would suit all tastes. We upgraded to a full sea view and it did not disappoint with beautiful sunrises. Excellent location for the many tavernas and bars. There is a small shingle beach in front of the hotel, if you prefer a sandy beach the local bus service is very good to get to Stalis and costs €2.20 per journey, about 15 minutes. We had spa treatment in the hotel spa, carried out by Anna who is excellent. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.
Solo travels experience
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring. Every request I had was met with warmth and willingness to help, and throughout my stay I felt truly looked after.
I would especially like to thank the hotel managers, Tassos and Dimitri, the wonderful reception team, Dimitris and Yanos, and Maria from Guest Relations. Each of you made such a meaningful difference to my stay. You helped me with everything I needed, always with patience, kindness and a smile, and somehow managed to make me feel completely at home.
As someone traveling alone, that feeling meant more to me than I can fully express. I never felt like “just another guest” I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for and seen. These people truly entered my heart, and they are a huge part of why this trip became so special for me.
The hotel itself is lovely, but what makes this place exceptional is the people. I left with beautiful memories and with real gratitude for the way I was treated.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my stay so special. I would return without hesitation. ❤️
