A small, simple quiet and wonderful hotel
Great location on the beach. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Nice, well maintained and very clean rooms. Excellent service. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The hotel has no facilities, except for a small gym and spa, so don't expect to stay just in the hotel. The hotel is good only for resting and dining, but you have many activities in walking distance, and the staff will be more than happy to help you plan and order trips to more distant places.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the beautifully clean and comfortable room to the incredibly kind and welcoming staff, everything was truly exceptional. The location was also perfect.
A very special thank you to Walter, who welcomed us so warmly even though we arrived late. He kindly helped us with our suitcases and made us feel comfortable from the very moment we arrived. He truly was an angel! ❤️ He had even prepared a beautiful dinner for us and placed it in the fridge so we would have something to eat after our long day of travelling. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture, and we appreciated it more than words can say.
Ben was always a smiling star—welcoming, attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed anything.
And Mark, Edmar, Terry, Mia, and Viola ❤️—what can we say? Haha! They looked after us in the restaurant from morning until evening and were absolutely wonderful. They made every dining experience feel special and memorable. Their kindness, genuine care, attention to detail, and warm service truly made us feel at home.
We would also like to give special recognition to Maria, our wonderful housekeeper, who kept our room beautifully clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciated her hard work, care, and attention to detail.
Our gratitude also extended to all the supervisors, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that we felt well looked after. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us.

Dinner at hotel consistently poor so we had to eat at local restaurants
Vasia Boulevard is NOT a 5 star hotel, not even close. Their website states they are a boutique 5 star hotel. Some things are good - the hotel is modern and clean
- the bedrooms have good beds and again are clean and functional
The food is the biggest let down in the hotel
- the breakfasts are quite decent
- the evening meal suffers from menu fatigue - the starters and deserts are almost identical every night anyone could do the preparation, as it is mostly cold with the occasional luke warm dish.
The main courses have 3 or 4 choices and all the vegetables served with the meals were cold to lukewarm warm. It is obvious that all the vegetables sit in a Bain Marie for hours. The fish was sent back one night because it was raw in the middle. Another night I had small lumps of cuttlefish fish on a green vegetable base like cold spinach. The lumps of fish was so salty I could not eat it. In the end we ate out at a local restaurant for the last 3 nights. To say it had a gym is an overstatement it had a few weights, a treadmill, and a static bike. My knees are not good so wanted to use the bike as no impact on knees. The bike did not work. I spoke to receptionist and guy came down for a look and said they would get someone out tomorrow. We left a week later and the bike had not been fixed. I asked about a sauna or jacuzzi and was told it was now closed for weekend and would open again on Monday. However I could not get just a sauna or jacuzzi I had to pay. They only sold packages with massages etc. One is led to believe the hotel has its own beach, this is not the case it is a very narrow public beach for which the hotel puts out sunbeds. They charge everyone hotel guests included, the same for the use of the sunbeds. The beach is that narrow that you are in shade by 2pm from the hotel itself. There is no use retiring to the hotel pool which is tiny , no use for a swim. It has only 2 sunbeds and some heavy bean bag type beds that are in the shade, as is most of the pool area. The hotel advertises itself as boutique yet there is an absence of ‘ mine host’ when I asked to speak to the Manager he was not available. In fact the owner has 6 hotels in total. I think of a boutique hotel as one where the owner is regularly present looking after the detail. The Vasia Boulevard is nothing more than a decent bed and breakfast.

Great Hotel
I had a wonderful experience at Vasia Boulevard! The service was excellent, the dinner was delicious, and the view of the Old Town was beautiful. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. The atmosphere was lovely, and everything made our stay special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, good food, and a beautiful view!
