This air-conditioned beach hotel offers a total of 86 rooms. Facilities include a foyer with free wifi, a bar - Cafeteria, a TV room, a main restaurant, a ala cart restaurant next to the beach, gym, and Spa Center
The rooms each come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite cable TV, music channel, mini fridge and free wifi. Moreover, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace come as standard and individually adjustable air conditioning comes as standard (charges apply).
There is a swimming pool with a children's pool. There is a golf course and a range of water sports offerings to be found close to the hotel.

A less than 3* experience at a 4* hotel
This hotel lost a star because of 2 out of the 3 receptionists I interacted with. They were annoying—so annoying that during every interaction, they made you want to punch them. This hotel lost a star in the 'customer care' department, so it is at best a decent 3-star hotel, with decent, clean rooms and functional amenities. Otherwise, you will by no means get a 4-star experience, neither at breakfast nor at dinner. Would I come back? The answer is a clear NO!
Won’t be going back for a few years
On first arrival we had to check that the room we were given was the right one! Don’t be fooled by the lovely glossy photos on the website as although some aspects are the same, the quality is very below par. The view was great (Superior sea view) but the room decor and furniture needs a lot to be desired. It needs a refurbishment in our view. Worn tired furniture, storage was just an open wonky rail and the safe was chargeable an odd shower in the room separated by the sink and beyond this a separate wc. Comfortable beds, pillows and super AC.
We were all inclusive which again was not what we have been used to. You are only able to use the pool bar and not the main bar we found very strange. The drinks were very limited on the AI package. Snacks limited to pizza, toastie or chips to order from 3.30-5.30pm only. Pool is tiny and far away from a grassed sunbed area which at the time had a drainage leak attracting wasps, bugs and flies. Food was limited but always something that you could choose from. Staff were really good from the cleaners to the bar/restaurant staff.
Hotel not suitable if you want a quiet break as it’s full of young people running the corridors banging and shouting at all hours.
The resort itself has changed in the last few years and all the pretty little seaside restaurants have been demolished leaving just a rubble edged scruffy walkway full of bars which attract young people until all hours leaving rubbish, bottle, balloons and the like all over the place. They have started to rebuild the promenade but we were told this will take several years. Such a real shame.
Highly recommend this Hotel
I stayed at the Palmera seaside hotel for 6 nights and was a wonderful experience, the bedroom was very nice with a nice balcony and always with AC .
Food I rate it 5 stars with a lot of variety on the menu.
And the best off all was the members of staff, they made me feel at home . Really lovely People and I can't thank them enough.
Will be back for sure...

We have just stayed for a week with an all inclusive package and cannot wait until we can come back. The small details mean a lot in an all inclusive so I will share those bits. During your meals it is table service for drinks, nice cold beer & proper wine glasses with ice. The water is given in bottles throughout the day that are pretty much ice cold which was needed when temps reached 34c. The food was fresh and varied at every meal time and kept incredibly clean and tidy throughout. We stayed in a sea view room which would 100% do again and wouldn’t have liked to of had a view of the garden or the street rooms. The area is a perfect mix of liveliness & relaxing. Whilst it is described as ‘bustling nightlife’ be prepared that it is a strip across the beach front which does keep going until the earlier hours but with the balcony door shut and air con on, this wasn’t a problem and we actually enjoyed the people watching & a couple of nights out! We were pleasantly surprised by the pool/garden area. The sun beds are particularly comfy and each has a brolley and a table to go with it. And the pool was perfect for a quick refreshing dip. The snack bar as part of the all inclusive opens 3pm and serves really nice pizzas/toasties and chips. Our room was lovely and clean with space to hang and fold clothes away with the beds and towels being done everyday. I used the gym 3 times, machines clean and all really easy to use. An all round gorgeous stay that would recommend to anyone.
Basic Hotel , not near 4 stars
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were much smaller than expected and had an unpleasant smell that never really went away. The food was very basic, with little variety, and the menu barely changed from one day to the next, making meals repetitive.
The all-inclusive package was also very limited. There were surprisingly few drinks and snacks included, and many things you would normally expect from an all-inclusive resort required an extra charge.
On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful, and the service was generally good. Housekeeping also did a decent job, and the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay.
Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price. It feels more like a budget hotel than a true all-inclusive resort. The facilities could use better maintenance, the entertainment was limited, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday.
