Great hotel
Nichos and Vasyl are the best waiters. Kind staff, clean rooms and beautiful place next to the vibrant street of the city.
Crete hotel
The welcome was very warm, the room was clean, and the food was delicious. Our waiters, Mr. Nikos and Vasyl, were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, creating a great atmosphere
Another amazing stay
This was our second time staying at Palmera Beach Hotel and it did not disappoint. The location is right on the sea front and in the hub of shops, bars and restaurants although as we stayed all inclusive we only ate out once. There was always a great choice of lovely food each meal time although one evening as we’re not fans of Mexican food, Mr Nikos kindly asked the chef if he could make something else for us! Such amazing service we really wouldn’t have expected that! The room we had booked was lovely and clean and overlooked the sea. After a couple of days Eleni asked if we would like an upgrade! We were totally taken aback but jumped at the chance! It was such a kind, thoughtful gesture. Our upgraded room was knockout overlooking the sea and grounds of the hotel with wraparound roof terrace and hot tub!! It was wonderful! Eleni and all her wonderful team worked so hard throughout our time there. Along with Eleni, Malamo, Georgia and Mr Nikos were stand out. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Felt sad leaving yesterday but we’ll definitely be going back again!

Perfect spot all round
The location was perfect for us; not too quiet, not too loud. For our first time in Crete we couldn't have picked a better hotel. The beach was right on our doorstep, the shops were close by, and the weather was perfect every single day. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. At night the beachfront lit up with energy. Our room with steam shower, bath and jacuzzi was perfect. The room was clean and tidy and our towels were replenished every day. The blackout curtains we enjoyed as we both love it nice and dark to sleep! We cannot fault the staff; everyone was so friendly. We are back in Glasgow now and we already miss the sun and hospitality. Thank you for a memorable time!

Holiday with my family
I had an amazing time in this hotel. The rooms are beautiful decorated and beds are comfortable. Food is so tasty and the restaurant staff are so helpful. Barman kostas was amazing. I will definitely be coming back next year.
