We had a truly perfect stay, great hospitality, lots of food, great hospitality, a lovely girl named Fereniki helped us a lot with all sorts of problems that arose in the hotel and also in spending time outside of it, she is perfect.

A wonderful hotel! Delicious food, impeccable cleanliness, but above all, the service! The Guest Relations team were helpful and delightful. There was a fantastic, dedicated yoga instructor and a wide variety of classes. What I miss most is Umi—superb Japanese dishes and fantastic waitresses who make you feel like you're visiting loving family on vacation: relaxed and warmly welcomed. Amazing! We will definitely be back.
