Brilliant Service and quality assured.
what incredible service and food. The staff are super - they care and they serve with a smile. A special mention for Eva - who took care if us, always there each morning to help and advise. She was a credit to her company and excellent at her job, going over and above.
The Spa treatments are the best
The Aegeo Spa experience was unbelievable, Dominika did my massage and facials, she was the best in Europe having had treatments all over. If you visit thd mediteraneo hotel treat yourself to the Aegeo Spa.

The Angeo Spa treatments were unbelievable, Marina did my massage and facial and she is simply brilliant, this was my best Spa experience yet. Make this part of your trip ,definitely

Noisy
I arrived at around 3am to a not so friendly welcome. I travelled alone with my daughter who is autistic. We were escorted to our room to find a lot of cockroaches. We were advised to keep the balcony door closed to ensure they couldn’t come in. However, there was a gap of around an inch to the door so cockroaches were coming in through there. We asked for a quiet room, we were placed right opposite the entertainment so the noise was bad on a night. Halfway through our stay we had a group of young men that came in and out at all hours banging, shouting and screaming and blasting music. It was incredibly difficult to get sun loungers as people had towels on them and they were left there most of the day despite signs being up saying they can’t do that. The food was lovely but it’s like a cattle market with no way to queue nicely, instead my daughter was regularly shoved out the way by other guests while she was trying to get her food. The rooms are very dated. We slept late one morning to try and catch up on sleep after the lads in the room next to us had kept us awake most of the night so missed housekeeping. I went down to reception to ask for a toilet roll, the young man on reception ignored me first and then I got rudeness for asking for a roll! Some staff were really friendly, others not friendly at all and some slammed drinks down when you asked for one. On our last day we were sat in the pool bar and had to sit through someone shouting at the entertainment staff which was incredibly unprofessional. While we loved the local area we would never come back to this hotel.
