Hillside gem
We had 15 wonderful nights at the Korifi. We had originally booked another hotel but unfortunately was not what we wanted so contacted the Korifi suites and immediately was greeted with a friendly staff member who helped us check in for our 15 night stay. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated light clean with some amazing views to the sea and mountains. Our room was amazing with a huge balcony also with sea view. The room was very clean with bedding and towels changed on a regular basis. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager even dropped us off to our hotel transfer pick up point ( which we were so grateful for). Overall we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait for a return visit.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
This place was the worst place I have ever stayed . My friends and I came to stay for three days and it was dirty, had insects, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly and everything was outdated. The shower was absolute crap and the staff was rude. A friend left a review and they claimed we had four people show up for a three person reservation and they “accommodated” us. Uh nooo we booked an extra room you didn’t accommodate anything . They were not accommodating to anything including providing enough sheets for everyone to have a cover! Our last day there the shower leaked and we had to use all the towels and bed sheets to mop up the water from their crap shower and they claimed we “ damaged the towels …. How ? They were wet with water. I also know they respond to all bad reviews with some lame excuse about how you are wrong and they are right but take it from me…… skip this hotel on your stay in Crete. Everything else about our visit to this island was amazing. This hotel was the worst part! And don’t worry about telling me I’m not welcome back …… you couldn’t pay me to come back and stay at this place.

Relaxing getaway
Lovely apart-hotel with incredibly accommodating, friendly staff! Beautiful location within a stones throw of the local village shops, idyllic restaurants, and less than a 10 minute drive down to the beach, whilst still being set back enough that you can't hear any of the hustle and bustle. Very sad to be leaving, and will greatly miss sitting out on the balancony with a drink watching the boats sailing by in the distance.
