Restful & Relaxing 😎
On arrival we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and a very much needed drink. Our room was wonderful, very clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable too. The location of our room was perfect for us and we were able to relax easily on our terrace. We were half board and there were lots of choices at breakfast and dinner. I thought the restaurant was very well organised and all the staff were hard working and attentive. I thought there was a lovely atmosphere about this hotel as it catered for a mix of people, young and old. It wasn’t too overwhelming either. I must mention the spa, the ladies (and the young man) were amazing. They were very competent, made you feel at ease and so friendly. I must also mention the lady that cleaned our room every day. Her name was Paola, she is worth her weight in gold. Anyway, we’ve been home for 3 days now and have already booked for next year! Cannot wait to come back. And well done to ALL the wonderful staff who work there. You are truly amazing.

4th time a charm
Outstanding service again for the 4th time in 4 years! We love to see everyone so happy and helpful everytime we come. The staff are a real credit to this hotel from the reception team to Erol the pool guy to George on the pool bar, you guys should be really proud of yourself and for anyone who says otherwise must be miserable!
Great hotel all round can’t wait to see you guys again next year!
P.s put the prices up to stop the riff raff hotel guest and wanna be influencers!!

I had an amazing back,neck & shoulder massage by Nadya it was very relaxing and was performed perfectly.

Dionisios truly made our stay at King Minos Hotel unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, his professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality exceeded every expectation. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Whether it was offering excellent local recommendations, assisting with any request promptly, or simply taking the time to check that everything was to our satisfaction, Dionisios delivered exceptional service with remarkable attention to detail.
