The hotel is great
The hotel is great – clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. Special thanks to Sakis for his kindness and helpfulness. He made our stay even better!
Travel agecy and hotel
This was the 4 star hotel booked with Romanian agency Dertour . We travel with a 3 years old boy. You must have more expectation from a 4 star hotel. Complete ignoration. We do No recomand! There am more photos . And this was also garden view to a hallway with aircondion

4 star hotel booked by travel agency in july 2025 with 3 years old kid . We booked by Dertour România. With garden view ( at we got hallway with aircond view ) smell , not clean , spider net, hair dust mould everywhre smell of mould .Is was worst then in photos . Ignored by agency
Very good trip
Today is my birthday, we checked into indigo suites yesterday night and we weren’t happy with our room so in the morning we went to reception to see if there was anything anyone could do. James was very polite and friendly and changed our room for us with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel staff are excellent.
Excellent Hotel, with great Facilities and Truly Outstanding Hospitality
We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo Suites & Casa and would highly recommend it. The hotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, excellent facilities and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
What impressed us most was the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the staff and management. Everyone seems to take real pride in making guests feel welcome and well looked after. This personal touch makes a big difference and is one of the main reasons we would love to come back.
The hotel has several lovely swimming pools, a beautiful and spacious garden with plenty of areas for sunbathing and relaxing, and a good selection of restaurants. We were very pleased with the quality of the food, including the excellent breakfast.
During our stay, we had the opportunity to try both accommodation options, Suites and Casa. The Suites are particularly spacious, with large bathrooms and plenty of room for luggage. Casa offers somewhat smaller rooms, but both options are comfortable and very well maintained. The standard of cleanliness is impressive, and the housekeeping staff deserve special recognition.
We also appreciated having access to two excellent gyms, both modern and very well equipped.
All in all, Indigo Suites & Casa exceeded our expectations. It's a lovely place to spend a holiday, with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Most importantly, the fantastic team working there makes you feel truly welcome. We would certainly be happy to return!
