Lovely stay
My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here for a week, but would agree that this hotel is more 3 stars than 4. We booked the standard room which was clean and perfect - we didn't understand why people wanted to upgrade! (Only thing is that we had a tiny balcony yet it helped us make friends with our lovely neighbours!). There are two pools, with a small quiet one outside the separate block in which the standard rooms are located where we spent most our time but even when we went to the main pool, we were able to get sunbeds. The all inclusive cocktails were not the best with limited choice, as well as the food. Finally, the location is brilliant - right near the beach and the strip with plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall, it was a fab holiday and one to remember.

Great stay
This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint! The staff was as welcoming as ever and the stay was great, with comfortable and clean rooms and nice food. The location is a huge advantage of this hotel, as it is close to the beach, as well as the shops and restaurants.

Great week away.
Staff were amazing, food was good. Breakfast English style and European lots of fruit. The lunches were the best lovely salads. Dinner had 3 meat choices and fish with veg and salad and pasta. Drinks on the cheap side came out of a machine. The room was a standard, we were offered a upgrade for a price but chose to stay where we were. Beds comfy room clean. There are 2 pools we use the little one with sun loungers. Evening entertainment was lively great area. When we checked out our flight wasn't till the evening the hotel stored our luggage and allowed us to freshen up in a room before our flight and still use the facilities and food which was lovely This hotel is a 3 min walk to a beautiful beach. The area is lively but rooms seem to be sound proofed and the air con was great. We would stay again. The whole area is amazing with lots of excursions available at great prices. Shops and bars very close. Everything you want and need on a holiday x
Worst hotel experience you could buy!!
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel after paying it off for almost a year so you could imagine the build up; we arrived at the hotel and got escorted away to a prison cell of an apartment round the corner which had bugs crawling around. Once you’d go and complain they’d ask you to pay several hundreds of euros to get an upgrade in cash if you wanted a better room. Don’t even get me started on the food, we almost had to call an ambulance due to the stomach bugs and bad diarrhoea.
