Good location but thats about all!
Hotel was very basic and dated, food was the same every day and often cold, restaurant and outdoor seating not really big enough for all guests, only 1 outside bar (not ideal when cold and/or raining) limited drinks selection it smelt really bad (of sewage), as soon as you arrive they hassel you to try and upgrade the room and offered different guests different prices.
We were in the part of the hotel across the road which was unmanned and open the whole time. I don't just mean unlocked I mean doors and fire escapes wedged open.
We arrived quite late on the Tuesday evening and there was no food or drink available at the hotel. We went out to grab something and got into bed about 1am to find that there was sand in the bad. We asked them to change the beds first thing but they didn't. We reminded them several times throughout the day. When we got back after dinner they still hadn't changed them and when I went to reception I was told that housekeeping had gone so we would have to wait until the next day.
Only had entertainment 2 nights.
Lots of guests unhappy, complaining and changing rooms etc.
The photos advertising the hotel are nothing like the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff were quite friendly, however we were woken up early nearly every morning from around 6:30am by the cleaners moving furniture around. Cleaners also walked in at 8am to my wife and I in bed despite the do not disturb sign displayed. The walls are quite thin so we could hear when people would go through the hallways very loudly as well. There was very little to do in the actual hotel, no entertainment for the entire week we stayed, and the food options with the all-inclusive were very limited, with only one or two options for my wife (who is a vegetarian). The beds could be comfier also. Overall the stay was not the worst holiday experience I’ve had, but it could’ve been much better.

Crap
The room upon arrival was dirty with a awful smell with a shared balcony and no curtains!! told I couldn’t do anything till the morning at 11am when i went to reception they said they could move me to a superior room which was the one advertised but only at a cost of 200 euro i declined so they moved me into a another room in the building across the road which in the 10 days i could smell sewage on the corridors, my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days and i had to keep going to reception for fresh towels and toilet roll no apology must have been the norm. The food is not good!!! its cold and things where undercooked its that crowded i felt like i was sitting on other people’s tables with how close the tables where to each other. No coffee available at lunch or dinner. The staff are not pleasant apart from one that i think was a manager. The entertainment is basically none existent we had a dj one night for 2 hours and then 1 night 4 girls dancing for just over a hour that is it!! No day time entertainment at all. the drinks i can’t comment on the alcoholic drinks as i don’t drink but the soft drinks they don’t even full up the cups. Overall this is NOT A 4* HOTEL!!!!!
Late get away
Very poor we went all-inclusive couldn't manage to get into the restaurant for food. The restaurant is not big enough for the hotel im glad the white lion and Rosemary's Restaurant were a 10 minute walk because they did brilliant food there. The hotel staff were not very helpful especially the restaurant staff it was a joke to be honest would not go back
