Not quite the Superior as advertised.
Recently got back from this Hotel, we arrived late at night, there was a very helpful Night manager on duty to help us. We were in room 421 for 7 days. The Hotel itself is nice, the staff are brilliant and cannot do enough for you, they are polite, smiley and very helpful. The room we had was quite dated ( Not superior in any way) , no pictures on the walls, the bed was probably one of the worst I have slept in, I had a bad back for the whole week. The pillows were dreadful and should have been thrown away! I feel that in any hotel if you sleep well and are comfortable it really does set up your day! Instead of having cricked neck and a bad back! I think I might go back in the future if only for the lovely staff. First time staying near Stalis.

Great Resort in a Really Nice Location
A really resort, where the service really was with a smile. The resort caters for both Half Board and All Inclusive. The buffet breakfast and dinner is of a high standard, offering a variety of dishes and catering very nicely for vegetarians. The rooms are also very modern and well maintained.

About Aquavita spa center
Jenny was very informative, extremely friendly, polite and offered us a good deal. Jolie and Maria were absolutely efficient and professional . We had a couple massage session. I think we had the best experience so far among all our previous massage experiences in different european and Asian countries. The whole crew here are very friendly, warm and polite. Cost wise it was fair enough. Atmosphere was so relaxing, it soothed our bodies and souls. The location of the spa is in a very comfortable and cozy area of the resort. If we come back to Crete, we will certainly come back to Aquavita spa retreat.
Lovely family trip in brilliant hotel
We had a weeks stay at this hotel and cannot fault it at all. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. We had a superior room (505) which was well located, spacious and with all key amenities and fabulous daily housekeeping. We found the beds and pillows to be comfy (unlike some other reviews) and the room and bathroom of a good standard.
Pools, flumes and entertainment all a good standard (although getting cold in October as none heated) and didn’t go on too late or too loud, football pitch and boules area could do with some attention and cleaning though.
We were half board and found the buffet restaurant for both breakfast and dinner to be of a very high standard. Good selection of many different cuisines we always found something we liked, spotlessly clean and a lovely atmosphere and well organised despite being busy at peak times.
Mini mart in the hotel is well stocked and there are supermarkets and shops as well as the beach within easy walking distance. Bus stop outside the hotel for getting into towns on either side of the resort. We hired a car from the desk in the lobby - simple service.
The staff were the most outstanding thing about the whole resort - all of them helpful, friendly and extremely hard working in all departments most especially the restaurant teams who were absolutely fantastic and never stopped or missed a beat. A real credit.
