Casa Bianca Boutique

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at Casa Bianca and we were so sad to leave. We have been taking holidays in the villages of Koutouloufari & Piskopiano since 2015, each time in different accommodation. Having stayed at Casa Bianca, I cannot see us staying anywhere else when we revisit. The Hotel is in a perfect, central location, ideal for the tavernas and bars. A 10 minute walk down the hill brings you right into Hersonnisos. Casa Bianca Boutique Hotel is a beautiful, clean place with all the amenities you could want on holiday. Rooms were cleaned daily by the 2 wonderful maids, with towel change whenever you needed them. Air con and safe are included with the room price, which is a rarity these days. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were modern and bright. We stayed in a junior suite (room 24,) which has beautiful views over the pool and towards the sea. As with most holidays that leave you longing to stay, it comes down to the qualities and personalities of the staff. Casa Bianca have the best staff we have met in a long time. Georgia, who we had met at a hotel during a previous stay, is there looking after you from 0700 until 1530. She is a very smart young lady with a great sense of humour, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Apostolis seems to be around all day whether it's behind the bar or on the roof repairing something. He has a smile for you all the time, a lovely guy. Katerina & Vangelis take over from Georgia until the early hours, and they run a great bar area. They make amazing cocktails and are a joy to be around. Apologies for not knowing all the names of the staff. The maids, the lovely lady who makes breakfast, and the chef who also cooks the food by the pool on Greek night are all lovely, hard-working people. I don't know if we were lucky or not but we met some fantastic guests during our stay, Many are repeat visitors to the Hotel, and it's easy to see why. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Well .. everyone is right about this place ! Beautiful staff creating a lovely welcoming place to stay . 100% we wouldn't change a thing .. food was fabulous, room was nice , pool ( not loud music ) perfect with adequate sun loungers ... what not to like . The village is full of delightful and high quality places to eat out . We walked down the hill to the beach and harbour .. busy and much more touristy but enjoyed it - we only did it twice as the hotel and village is far more traditional and friendly . Each of the staff are what makes this place and they should all be very proud of what they've achieved - thank you ☺️

This hotel lives up to its previous reviews. It's friendly and welcoming atmosphere comes from the fantastic staff who 100% make this small hotel the relaxing place it is. The vibe seems to rub off on customers, we met lovely people who felt like lifelong friends from the start. Food at breakfast and lunch,if you want, is fresh and tasty. The housekeeping staff work incredibly hard to keep the whole place spotless. Georgia, Apostolis, Vangelis and Katerina share bar duties and all are a massive source of knowledge of Crete, the local area, trips, beaches etc and will happily arrange taxis or trips for you. The only suggestion we would have to make this place perfect would be to spend a bit of money on the rooms, they are beginning to look a bit dated and drab, but Casa Bianca is changing hands for next year so maybe that will be done then.
