Only 200 meters from the nearest beach, Arminda Hotel and Spa is an all-inclusive 4-star hotel located in Hersonissos, Crete. The complex features a variety of water elements: 3 large salt-water pools, 2 separate children's pools, a small water park as well as a splash area.
The two types of rooms (double and family) are all equipped with A/C units, 32'' Flat-screen satellite TV, safe, kettle set, refrigerator and a balcony or terrace with pool, Cretan Sea or land views. Each private bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a bathtub or shower.
Guests at Arminda can enjoy meals in buffet style, at our main restaurant. A variety of drinks and snacks are served at the pool-side Snack bar or at the Votsalo bar.
Sport facilities includes 3 Padel courts and Padel equipment (for a fee), mini-golf, basketball half court, giant outdoor chess, billiards (for a fee), table tennis, outdoor gym as well as a renovated fitness room. A playground and a kids club is also provided for young guests.
Massage, nail, face and body therapies, hamam, sauna and hydro massage tub are available at the SPA center.
Arminda Hotel and SPA is located 2 km from the center of Hersonissos center and 30 km from Heraklion Port. Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport is at 27 km. Free private parking is available at the premises of the hotel.

Holiday in September in Crete
Very good great hotel and spa. All 4 of us had spa treatments. Maria K and Maria S very good recommend to everyone. If coming to hirsonossos again would be more than happy to stay at the arminda.

I had massages 4 times with two different therapists. I highly recommend Maria K if you want a relaxing and deep massage 😊 She was very pleasant and skilled!
Family holidays
I really like the hotel, was really welcoming. Specially I like animation team and their activities. Most welcoming was their team leader Lila. Every time he come to talk with us. Also all members were really nice. Thank you

My holidays here were very very good espacaly because of the animation team. I had a lot of fun with Lilla, lenny, alessio, my, chloe and maja. All of them are super kind and funny.
Nothing but amazing, truly heartwarming and welcoming
We just wrapped up an incredible 11-day stay at Arminda Hotel & Spa, and we cannot thank the team enough for such a wonderful experience. We traveled as a large family spanning three generations—my parents (grandma and grandpa), my spouse and me, and our two young kids—and every single one of us had an amazing time.
What truly sets Arminda apart is the heart behind it. The owner and the family running the hotel are extraordinarily sweet, warm, and attentive. From the very first day, the entire staff made us feel like family. Every team member was welcoming, genuinely kind, and constantly made sure we were comfortable and happy. Traveling with kids and elderly parents can sometimes be stressful, but the hospitality here made it feel effortless.
The food was great throughout our stay, offering plenty of variety that satisfied both the kids and adults across all 11 days. The facilities and grounds are lovely, vibrant, and well kept.
The Animation team, night shows, mini discos, all are top notch, really amazing shows for the whole family, especially with kids, which had the time of their lives
The only small constructive note we have would be regarding the sleeping comfort—we found the beds and pillows a bit firm/uncomfortable for our preference over an extended stay. A small upgrade or topper option would make the rooms truly flawless.
That being said, the hospitality, atmosphere, and warmth far outweighed anything else. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the wonderful owners and the entire staff for making our family holiday so special. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and will cherish these memories!
