All are thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished to ensure guests enjoy perfect comfort and convenience during their stay. All suites have flat SMART LED TV wide screen 32 inches with many international channels. All suites have a free mobile phone with free wi-fi in the suites with all applications and NETFLIX. Calls to all continents to mobile numbers and to landline numbers are possible at no charge. All hotel services are digitalized via these mobile devices. Guests receive all updated information via mobile devices. They can take this phone to the beach, to their excursions or where ever they go. They have to leave it to the room on their departure date.

Chilled out holiday
Stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of July for the first time with my husband the hotel is up a hill which was fine for us but I would say if anyone has any walking issues it might be a problem on our first day yes there was a towels on beds issue when we came down but what I will say is George the owner absolutely went out of his way to sort us out and just sourced some more beds once we spoke to him.I think the towels on beds situation is fine cos most people use them it’s when people reserve beds then don’t use them all day is when it is annoying. We had breakfast in the hotel which was fine good variety every day. Also the lunch again good selection on the menu and was always good. The staff every single one of them are super friendly and so helpful from the owner to the bar staff and the cleaner’s always have a smile on their face, don’t actually know how they do it they work so hard in that heat. The rooms yes they are basic but they have air conditioner some basic cooking equipment and clean and that’s all we wanted when on holiday, our room was actually a pretty decent size and had amazing views of the island so we have no complaints about the room. If u want super friendly with an easy going atmosphere I would recommend here but anyone with walking issues might find the hill an issue. We met so many people who are returning guests and I can totally see why as we will most definitely go back to this hotel.

Great location average hotel
Big of a trek from being dropped off by the coach, we knew where to go so aware of the hill climb, no sign though. Room was large but as others have mentioned it is tired and needs renovation. Good air con unit, nice small balcony, kitchen very date just used the kettle for hot drinks. Good sized fridge was very useful for water, beers and wine. Grounds and bar area were nice, crazy towel wars and not enough beds around the pool, be careful entering the pool as steps are very slippery and nothing hold on to. Breakfast was ok and the same more or less daily. The staff George his wife and Nikos were all lovely, loved seeing Jackie the dog. Step hill into villages which were amazing as ever, they never disappoint. Aspospidero, Megan and Patriko great food but you cant go wrong in any of the tavernas. Realm bar in village and Shenanigans Irish bar at the port were favourites. Always recommend the beautiful villages but would not return to Amazones village suites.

Great small hotel in the hills
We stayed in Room Z1, overlooking the pool and seafront. We loved our 10 night break. A big thank you to George the General Manager and team. The hotel is located up in the hills, lovely and quiet. You need trainers to walk to any of the local restaurants or use taxis.
Breakfast buffet is amazing, lots of choice each day. Greek yoghurt, fruit, pastries, bread, feta, drinks, juice and more. The omelettes, which I enjoyed at lunch were delicious, there are lots of food and drink options.
You can walk to the seafront, it takes an hour, or taxi is 10 Euro.
The coach drops you off at the bottom of the road, there is a slight hill up to the hotel. There is a lift to reception.
The pool is clean and a good size, but you have to put your towels out at 6.30am if you want a sunbed. The bar is right by the poolside.
There is a hairdryer in the bathroom which looked new. The cleaners emptied bins and moped floors daily (except Sundays), bed linen and towels changed once. The room air con is really good.
Plenty of local shops nearby to buy your own tea/coffee and water.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Just on the transfer coach to the airport after a fabulous week at Amazones village.
George & Daria were so friendly, helpful & welcoming.
Special Thank You to Nikos & Manos who were exceptional taking care of us and making us feel part of the community from day one.
The one downside is the sunbeds by the pool - people get up and chuck towels on them to reserve them before the sun has come up & if you get down to the pool after 9am you are highly unlikely to get a sunbed.
We are booking to come back again next year but for longer!
Piskapiano & Koutoulafari are gorgeous villages, we had no trouble getting around but if you have mobility issues or very young children it may be difficult to get around without using local transport - some areas are not accessible by motor vehicles though.

Stunning
First time staying at this hotel, won’t be our last. Excellent service from all the staff who are just lovely and can’t do enough for you. Our room was clean on arrival and housekeeper came daily except for Sundays. Food was fantastic, I loved the breakfast which varied daily and all the pastries and cakes are made fresh in the day. Had lunch and evening meal a couple of times, can’t fault anything.
The pool is lovely, getting a bed can be an issue sometimes as you would expect, but plenty of sun on the terrace if you sit there. The view from the pool area is stunning, watching the sun rise and set was lovely
Location wise, if you have mobility issues, then the walk down to the village and back up may be challenging. But those without, it’s fine.
Plenty of places to eat and drink in the two villages and only a few minutes walk. We love coming to the villages as they are authentic Greek, tranquil and just beautiful people. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely book this hotel when we do.
