Overall very nice holiday experience
Location - very good. Atmosphere - very good. Rooms - overall good, however, even though it was a refurbished room (6503), bathroom for example (especially the shower) was a bit dirty. Also, main pool in some areas were dirty and I think you could use pool cleaning robots during the night to collect dirt from the pool. Value - good price/value ratio. Noise level - we were close to the main pool and the main stage, so even with closed doors you could hear the noise, but didn't bother us that much because we didn't go to sleep only after the programmes were finished. Service - this is the only area where I would recommend improvement. The housekeeping staff is excellent, our cleaning lady in particular was very very nice and always made our room perfect and even made sure that my daughter's stuffed animals were put on her bed nicely :) we are very thankful to her. But in your F&B department, we were sometimes disappointed. Many of the staff members didn't speak much English and were sometimes pretty rude. Aminities - good.
Satisfying vacation
Perfect location. Nice house red wine :) Food quality significantly improved compared to our previous visit two years ago.

Pilot Beach - the magical place!!!
We have just returned from the hotel "Pilot Beach". We were on vacation with a family of 3 adult children. We did not want to leave. It is really a magical place - the perfect sea, a magnificent sandy beach, the food is very diverse and a special thank to the chef in the main restaurant. The buffet was very tasty! In free time from the beach and food:)), we went to yoga, pilates, volleyball, billiards. The hotel also has a lot of entertainment for young children. I recommend everyone this beautiful hotel with wonderful views, a great beach and sea!

Great holidays
Location was very good. The Hotel was more than great, unbelieveable clean rooms and the whole hotel. Nice and helpful employees, highly guest-oriented, highly recommended.
Gorgeous, but definitely not a 5* hotel
Positives:
- The hotel, grounds and beach are all really lovely and the location is fab.
- The pools weren't crowded and nobody reserved sunbeds. Plenty of shaded spots to sit.
- It's a peaceful location and is a quiet hotel. Lots of gorgeous views.
- Rooms were clean, with towels and bedding regularly changed.
- The beach restaurant has stunning views, good service and very nice food.
There are some things which I feel make this hotel a 4* and definitely NOT a 5*.
Negatives:
- There was poor service in the main buffet restaurant where we didn't feel looked after. It was always very busy and the food was ok.
- The aircon was inadequate. It was super quiet but airflow was poor. The temperature couldn't be lowered below 18 degrees. The room felt cool upon entering, but we soon started to feel warm.
- There was no food provision at our arrival time so we had to buy crisps from the shop to fill a gap until restaurants opened in the evening.
- Water wasn't included on the half board option the evening meal.
- There was no pool service at the pool we used. Not a huge problem but it would have been nice.
