A very relaxing stay
We had a wonderful experience last year, and we wanted to come back here because everything was superlative, this year it was a wonderful experience related to the Italian chef (super choice)... very nice all the staff, starting with those in senior management, it was again, a beautiful experience, I recomme….. we have nothing to say except that we felt very good... we will definitely come back!
Amazing summer holiday
We chose this hotel for our summer holiday for the second time. We really enjoyed our stay. I appreciated having an ironing board, an iron, and a personal scale in the room. The rooms are spacious and always kept clean. The staff were very kind; on the second day of our stay, I had an accident in the dining room—they called a doctor for me, and someone checked on how I was feeling every day. It was very thoughtful. Even the housekeeper would ask about me every day, checking in with my husband or the children. I truly appreciate that. The food was excellent, with a varied selection of dishes every day. You certainly won't leave hungry. The sea was amazing—perfect for swimming or just having fun with the kids. We chose this hotel partly because of the sandy beach and the gradual entry into the water. I also really liked the beach restaurant where we could have lunch. We were very satisfied and would happily return in the future.

Total relaxation in a lovely hotel
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by very polite and friendly staff. The book in procedure was very smooth and we were soon shown to our room. The accomodation was excellent, very clean and kept very tidy by the cleaning team throughout our stay. The food was excellent a very good choice throughout the whole day with the added extra of the themed restaurants to try as well. We did the Mediterranean themed night for my wifes birthday and were greeted with happy birthday wishes, a bottle of prosecco at the table and a birthday cake at the end of the meal..all arranged as a surprise with the customer relation team. Thank you.....we couldn't manage to eat the cake as we were so full so the staff kindly took it to our room for us to enjoy later. All of the staff throughout the hotel were lovely, always polite and always happy in their work. Overall we had a totally relaxing holiday and would definitely go to this hotel again.

Brilliant
Where do I start! Fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left(didn’t want to leave by the way) Location brilliant right on the beautiful sandy beach with plenty of loungers. Super market, shops, bus stop and tourist train just a 5 minute walk. The place was spot less in all areas and the rooms well equipped. We had a suite with sea view room 262 it was great and the air con works well. The team here are what makes this place so special, I wish I could name you all. Nothing is to much always laughing. My son loved them all, plenty of high fives. Great atmosphere in the restaurants and bars and the entertainment was good, could be a little loud in your room but finished at around 10.30 and to be honest didn’t bother us. If you’re thinking of booking do it, you won’t regret it.
