We stayed at this hotel as a family. The hotel has a beautiful location, a lovely beach, friendly restaurant staff, and the food was delicious with a good variety of choices.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was spoiled by an issue with housekeeping. Shortly after our arrival, my small handbag disappeared from our room. It did not contain any valuables, but it was my personal belonging. We searched the entire room thoroughly, but it was never found. The management listened to our concerns and was polite, but the issue was never resolved.
In addition, the quality of housekeeping did not meet the standards expected from this hotel. On one occasion, after the room had been cleaned, used towels were left on the bathroom floor, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
The hotel later left us a small gift, which we appreciated. However, I would have preferred to see the same level of attention given to investigating the missing handbag and improving the quality of housekeeping.
Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but I believe the management should pay closer attention to supervising the housekeeping staff, as experiences like these have a significant impact on guests’ overall impression of their stay.

Location fantastic, great atmosphere in this hotel with helpful very smiley staff. Room was great, maybe a little small for the price but enough. No complaints from me and my family, we will be back next year for sure

The best All Inclusive Hotel experience
This is first time I would recomend a hotel to anyone. First time (and I travel a lot) I was very pleased and satisfied from Hotel offers. First the food was incredibly tasty, various and good quality, lots off seafood, meat, delicious fish and real italian pizza!!! Secondly the staff was very helpful, smiling and proffesional. Also great rooms, very clean - we had a swim up room as a family of 4- would highly recommend. I can’t tell any negatives and Im quite demanding and like to get what I paid for. Apart from facilities Hotel beach is very clean, sandy and wide- with enough amount of sunbeds. If I would ever go back to Kreta, would’t even hesitate to choose it again! Good job all the staff and management!!!
