We'll come again.
We were there twice and every time everything was perfectly fine. The only thing that sometimes bothers me a bit is the music by the pool, I would turn that off, I think the vast majority of guests at this hotel want peace and quiet.
Pleasant holiday
A very pleasant holiday. It met our requirements.
I like Crete
The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of a larger town, yet it is within walking distance along the beach. It is a pleasant place with excellent food and wonderful staff. A beautiful natural attraction, Lake Kournas, is easily accessible either on foot or by the local tourist train. The lake has crystal-clear water and is perfect for swimming. The only thing that slightly affected our stay was the location of our room, which was closer to a busy road. As a result, it was sometimes difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Horrible room
They gave us the room near the elevator. It was extremely noisy. We heard all the people that were coming to and from the elevator…screaming, laughing. We couldn’t sleep. I made a complain, they did nothing. I have never been in such a bad room.
Restful holidays
We stayed at this hotel for the second time because we knew exactly what to expect, and once again we had a wonderful holiday. We really appreciate the excellent food, the cleanliness, and the high standard of service throughout the hotel. The beach is also clean, and the sunbeds are included in the all-inclusive package. There are always plenty of free sunbeds available throughout the day, which is a big advantage. All the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Whenever something needed to be fixed in our room, it was taken care of immediately. The beds were comfortable, and our family room was spacious enough for all of us. If we could suggest just one small improvement, it would be the chilled tap water served in carafes in the restaurant. Unfortunately, it has quite an unpleasant taste. Perhaps installing a water filtration or purification system could improve the quality. Apart from that, we are very happy with this hotel and would gladly return again. We especially appreciate the hotel's environmentally friendly approach. Unlike many other hotels we have visited, the plastic cups at the outdoor bar are not disposable—they are washed and reused many times. This significantly reduces plastic waste, and we think it is a great initiative that deserves recognition.
