Would recommend this hotel
A wonderful hotel with wonderful friendly staff.
The hotel is spotless and rooms lovely. We booked a private pool which was lovely. Some of the private pools are actually shared with a divider between two pools. It is still private enough.
The beach and pool areas are great.
All inclusive is waiter service but the service is great and it is a short wait for someone to take your orders. This stops long queues at the bars.
Food is excellent in all restaurants. We ate in 3 of the al a carte restaurants, Asian, BBQ and Italian. These are set menus with lots of food. It is €55 per person for this but included in your all inclusive package so we'll worth it.
There is evening entertainment each night, it is a standard hotel entertainment show and it would be great if the quality of acts was improved.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a wonderful stay.

Heaven on earth
There is absolutely nothing to fault at this hotel. Pure heaven on earth. Location and facilities and food all outstanding. Everywhere is immaculately clean. No need to ever reserve sun loungers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was beautifully laid out. Bathrobes, slippers, mini bar with named products replaced each day on All Inclusive. Food at all the restaurants on site truly exceptional. Will definitely be returning to this truly outstanding hotel.
A holiday to remember
We have just returned from Animos Grand Resort & Spa. Upon arrival I was very disappointed to be told that the 2 rooms we had booked were not together. Despite the fact that this had been requested by both myself & the holiday company. As we were only there for 7 days I decided I would not take this further. As a family we all very much enjoyed our holiday and can’t rate the facilities at the children’s play and splash area high enough, they kept our 2 grandsons entertained for the whole day. The food was ok, the usual holiday buffet style but this hotel understands ‘hot food’ should be served hot!! We went for the half board option and found the drinks to be quite expensive, would go for premium AI if we return in the future. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole resort was very clean & well maintained. The staff all very friendly, polite and helpful.
