Located in the fabulous, beautiful Elounda Bay area of Crete, this hotel lies just 7 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos. Elounda is 1 km away and it is approximately 65 km to Heraklion airport. The crème and ochre-coloured hotel complex provides views out over the crystal-clear waters in Elounda bay. Built in beautiful surrounds, amidst enchanting gardens with views out over the bay, the hotel offers a welcoming ambience and charming musical evenings that allow for a relaxed, agreeable holiday. Those who are arriving by car may choose to use the car park as well. Guests can enjoy a refreshing drink from the poolside snack bar or keep cool in the outdoor swimming pool.

Understated Luxurious Family run Boutique Hotel
Excellent Relaxing Stay Our final night of a week-long holiday has been truly relaxing and luxurious. This was our fourth trip to Crete, each time staying in a different area. We’d visited its wonderful museums and tourist highlights before but this time we decided to simply unwind, enjoy the private pool and explore Elounda if we fancied it. We chose this hotel specifically and it didn’t disappoint.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and assistance with our luggage to our lovely junior suite with a pool. The room was incredibly comfortable, with crisp white bed linen, a high-quality mattress and pillows. It was spacious enough for two and had a cosy cushioned seating area. A kettle was promptly supplied for tea, added to the coffee machine already in place.
The outside patio was a dream, with a generous seating area, a table and very comfortable sunbeds overlooking the pristine pool. The view changed throughout the day as the sun moved across the sky, and if you were up early enough, you could witness a stunning sunrise.
The restaurant offered a fresh and varied buffet, with my favourite being the salad selection. An al a carte menu is available if you preferred.
The hotel grounds and facilities are beautifully maintained, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. We enjoyed a spa treatment and the treatments were top-notch. Room service was superb and incredibly convenient, with delicious pizzas and a house burger. A leisurely walk into Elounda front.
The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday seamless. They organised a football match on their TV and were attentive to our every need. Our lovely cleaning lady was always there, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
You can tell this resort is owned and run by a family, small bespoke touches and local hospitality in spades. Almost always missing from big corporate giant’s catering for the masses.
This was the perfect relaxing break for us. I have no hesitation in recommending this family run resort.

We had an unforgettable holiday
We had an unforgettable holiday at this wonderful hotel. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. It is also possible to order breakfast to your room, which we highly recommend! Lunch and dinner were excellent as well, and there were good options available for vegetarians too.
The entire hotel area is beautiful and very well maintained, and at least in May it was pleasantly peaceful and relaxing. Housekeeping was done at a time that suited us and the cleaning was always excellent. The room felt cozy yet modern, and we were able to sleep peacefully every night without any noise disturbances.

The Palm our oasis in the Aegean
Nowadays we do not seem to feel the need to go anywhere else but The Palm and this will be our 3rd visit within the past 12 months! The entire team always make us feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. A truly family run hotel where the owners are usually visible on a regular basis .

Superb! Clean, modern and well worth a visit!
Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, beautiful accommodations and immaculately clean. Fabulous pool with comfy loungers, nice ambient music with attentive wait staff in the bar. Shout out to Nikos, Nik, Eric and Aggeliki. Drinks expensive but great choice, Food varied, tasty and lovely vibe in restaurant. Located 25 minutes walk from town Housekeeping daily, comfy beds.. whats not to like?! We'll definitely be back. Book room with a pool. Only thing is if short and a non swimmer, pool might be too deep as accessible via ladders! More suited to those looking for a chilled vibe,
