Feel like the rich and famous
Excellent service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurants with view of the bay and great food. Nice clean beach. Great room with view and amenities. Worth the price for this experience. Highly recommend and would come back.
Amazing experience
We arrived on July 25th and have received nothing but exceptional service. From check-in to suggestions for excursions the staff has been friendly and accommodating. We have eaten at two of restaurants and the beach cafe. The food has been tasty and plentiful. The Tholos Restaurant buffet whether it was for breakfast or dinner had a great selection of food to choose from.
True five star hotel
This is a true five star hotel. The hotel and it's grounds are vast and set on the side of a hill overlooking Spinalonga island. They do offer a golf cart service to get around if you don't feel like walking. I just walked as I was staying in the core open plan room, which wasn't that far from the main site where breakfast is served. Shout out to the lady who makes the breakfast omelettes at the omelette station...so good! I loved their private beach, preferred it to the adults pool, as the pool feels overlooked. I didn't had any issues getting a lounger on the beach, as I would get there early. Beach staff are attentive, again you can tell they enjoy what they do. There's also an adults only section at the beach, which I always appreciate, and always ate at the beach restaurant which was excellent. The only issue I had was on the first night with howling wind due to a storm hitting the island, which the hotel can't do anything about. The hotel is also quite remote, so if you don't come in a rental car do come prepared, there is a shop on site where you can by snacks and toiletries - very helpful.

Amazing family hotel
We have stayed in 5 different resorts in crete all of which are different Domes was a great family hotel mostly postive
Beach 9/10 (people from outside allowed in)
Food 9/10 (hard to get a dinner reso we ate outside the hotel 3/7 nights)
Staff 10/10 (friendly and helpful)
Rooms 9/10 (spacious and clean)
Pools 7/10 (family pool needs better cleaning but adults pool was great)
Kids club 100/10 (amazing staff and activities our son loved it so much)
Location 10/10 (close to 2 different small towns for outings)
Gym 8/10 (outdoor but enough to get a good workout)
Buggys 8/10 (sometimes longer waits)
Value 10/10
I would def come back to this hotel overall probably the best family hotel of all we tried including Amirandes , luxme , minos beach, daios cove
