Since our beginning, at the Galaxy Villas we have always strived to offer our guests a warm, original and relaxing vacation experience in this charming location.
We cater to families, couples and the discerning solo traveler anticipating every need with a warm smile and the renowned Cretan hospitality spirit.
The Galaxy Villas is tastefully built in the Greek island-style architecture, utilizing quality natural materials. We ensured that all villas enjoy beautiful, serene views of the ocean, the mountains and our gardens. The hotel's landscape features well groomed but home-style Cretan plants and flowers as well as organically grown olive trees and even our own organic vegetable and fruit garden in the picnic area! Of course we'll share our produce with you!

What can I say? This is truly an exceptional hotel.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with the concierge taking care of our luggage and a thoughtful welcome of Prosecco and sweet treats awaiting us in our room.
Our private pool was a real highlight of our stay, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting that felt like our own little paradise. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and excellent attention to detail throughout. The buffet offered a superb variety of fresh, delicious food, ensuring there was something to suit every taste.
A special thank you goes to all of the staff, particularly the housekeeping team, whose hard work and dedication helped make our stay so enjoyable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Although the hotel is not adults-only, it has a wonderfully calm and relaxing atmosphere that often feels as though it is, which we personally loved.
If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Combined with the charm of the surrounding village, it offers an unforgettable holiday experience. We will certainly be returning
Truly amazing hotel!!
My wife and I stayed here in July. The pictures of the hotel on various websites enticed us to book initially and the feedback we read after booking really did elevate our expectations before we arrived. Wow... this hotel delivered!!
The hotel is stunning and spotlessly clean throughout and you can't help but smile as you walk through for the first time. We booked a suite with a hot tub, which was a really spacious room with a large terrace with loungers and umbrella, table & chairs and the hot tub. In the room, there were two wardrobes and plenty of hangers, robes, slippers, steamer, coffee machine, safe and refrigerator. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily.
The pool areas have very comfortable sun loungers and have very inviting pools. All areas of the hotel were quiet and you get a real sense of relaxation.
The food in the hotel continues the high standards, buffet breakfast had a lot of really good varieties of food that was always fresh. The coffee selection was good also, but we opted for the iced latte most mornings. The food at lunch was excellent quality too!
The location of the hotel is great too, a very short walk to the centre of Koutouloufari, where there are lots of restaurants and cocktail bars.
The staff at this hotel are genuinely the icing on the cake... they are fantastic... always friendly, always smiling and they can't do enough for you!! They have helped me with my Greek throughout and I would urge people to learn little bits of Greek, it goes a long way!! I highlighted a number of staff as I was leaving, but the team here are brilliant and will help make your holiday!!

Amazing hotel! The best!
We had a amazing stay at Galaxy suites boutique hotel Koutouloufari Crete 16yrs and over)for 18 nghts 22nd june to 10 july half board we had room 23 with a outside whirlpool terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs perfection! Plenty of sun beds around the pools what ever time you need one you can get one (not like many other hotels and all pools get the sun all day)Beds and towels changed everyday and the room kept immaculate with replenishment of water and coffee everyday. Our check in was very quick and when we were taken to our room there was a welcome bottle of sparkling wine along with a pkt of biscuits lovely touch. The complex was spotless and all the staff were so friendly and helpful everything they did was to make your holiday the best ever and they certainly delivered in every way.All food was delicious and of a very very high standard and so many choices too many to list. The hotel we would say stands out over all the other hotels in the area.Go it will be the best decision you can make. A 5min walk into a beautiful village very Greek full of lovely taverns and craft shops a 20 min walk down hill to Hersonissos full of shops and bars a taxi back up the hill is 10 euros if you dont want to walk back up.A very big Thank you to All Staff and Managers for a Wonderful hol , we arrived as guests and left feeling like family.We hope to be able to return in the future and see everyone as miss you all Your all Wonderful and sadly missed. Great stay
Just stayed for 7 days. Luxurious hotel which was very clean and certainly felt boutique. Very friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. Great location with bakery opposite and 5 minute walk to village which is very charming and has a number of taverner to choice from. Not overly commercialised. A range of rooms which are very modern and comfortable.

Holiday of dreams
We've just returned from a two week stay at Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing holiday.
The resort itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax, while the facilities and attention to detail are outstanding.
A special thank you goes to Stephanos, Vasiliki, Marios and Michalis, who were all absolutely incredible. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made our stay truly memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile.
The concierge team also deserves huge praise. My partner worked with them to organise a surprise proposal during our stay, and they handled everything flawlessly. Their communication, discretion and attention to detail made the moment absolutely perfect, and it's a memory we'll treasure forever. We can't thank them enough for helping create such a special experience.
We left with wonderful memories and are already talking about returning. If you're looking for somewhere with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings and a team that truly cares about its guests, Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort is the perfect choice. We couldn't recommend it more highly!
