Disappointing Experience
We stayed for three nights in a Junior Suite, which we specifically chose and paid extra for because of the private jacuzzi. The hotel location was about a 25 minute walk from the city center.
When we started the jacuzzi for the first time, a significant amount of debris, including hair and skin particles, came out of the jets, making it unpleasant and unusable. We documented the issue with photos and videos, see below.
We reported the problem to reception the following morning. The staff, which immediately went into defense, told us we should have contacted them during the night, but we did not feel comfortable having staff enter our room at that time. No compensation or other action was offered, which was disappointing given that the jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we chose the suite.
The breakfast was unfortunately uninspired, with a limited selection and little variation throughout our stay.
The pool area did not match the pictures, as the pool remained cold and in the shade all day.

Fabulous stay!
We had the most amazing time at the Hyperion. Service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed how close we were to everything. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in the entire trip! 12/10 stars! Will stay here again!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this establishment. Excellent location and room with an amazing view. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. Last but not least a massive thank you to the staff. Particularly Katarina at reception. Her friendliness and bubbly personality was very much appreciated. So sorry to say goodbye to her. Also Ireni at breakfast was superb. Always on the go and keeping it running smoothly.

A most pleasant experience
Extremely well priced and well located Hotel. Helpful staff good sized room. Ensure you book the correct type of room if a sea view required as they are fully booked most of the time.
