Domes Zeen is a stunning, beautifully maintained property that feels like a luxury retreat. The staff were kind and attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my wife, who has food allergies, always had safe and delicious options. The restaurants were excellent, and the included breakfast, fresh and wonderfully varied, was among the best we've had. Highly recommended.

Fantastic family stay – amazing staff and beautiful hotel
We stayed at Domes Chania for three nights with our family, including our two boys aged 13 and 16, and had a fantastic experience.
Upon arrival, we received a wonderful upgrade to a beautiful villa with a private pool, thanks to my Marriott membership. The hotel itself is stunning: beautifully designed, stylish and very comfortable.
What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special mention goes to Chris, who looked after us throughout our stay. He was always available, both in person and through the app, and made sure everything was taken care of. Truly outstanding service.
The food was excellent as well. The breakfast buffet can get quite busy, but never to the point that it became annoying or took away from the experience.
The location is another big plus. You can walk along the beach and reach Chania in about 10 minutes, which was perfect for us.
All in all, a fantastic hotel with beautiful facilities, great food and, above all, exceptional staff. We had a wonderful three nights here and definitely hope to return!

LOVED IT!
This hotel is amazing! The staff are so helpful and friendly, they gave us recommendations for things to see and do, the lobby and restaurant staff were always great! The room was modern, for a European hotel, it was so spacious and had modern amenities, loved the huge shower with the rainfall showerhead, we had our own small pool right at our room. The two restaurants had great food and there were snacks , pastries and coffee always available in a buffet room at the lobby. We were in Greece for 10 days and stayed in three hotels and this was BY FAR the best! Don't worry about the reviews that say it's along walk up the hill from some rooms, you just call the staff and they come very quickly and pick you up if you don't want to walk. Yes, it's not walking distance to the town center, but it's worth the taxi rides!!

Great for Adults
Privacy and quiet in an unmatched location. Highly recommend this adult only property if this is what you're looking for. Several bars, great restaurant & impeccable service from a staff that performs their duties with pride. Impressive and remarkable job by Cristine in reception, who is always available to help or make suggestions to enhance your trip experience. Be sure to visit Maria in the shop downstairs for a great selection of clothing and gifts. Pools & beach are outstanding and safe, under the watchful eye of Zoe, our life-guard. Great job by Naya in Guest Relations as well. Only negative remark is that both Cristine and Naya told us that we would have a take away breakfast upon our very early check-out time but when we asked for it at check out, the on-duty receptionist said that she had no record of such request! It was disappointing to say the least.

Beautiful property-Amazing Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Domes Zeen Chania. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and traditional Cretan style. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with incredible attention to detail.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly looked after. Especially the Front Office Team.The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall service was excellent.
The location is also fantastic for exploring Chania while still offering a relaxing escape from the busy town. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create a calm and luxurious experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special and relaxing experience in Crete!
