Great hotel in Chania
We were very impressed by the staff at the Chania Flair. They were very attentive and professional. The room was modern and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location was great, right near the beach and a short walk to the Venetian Port and old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Really good hotel!
Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is top notch! Service and people who are working there are amazing! Good location, right next to the public beach, but with chairs and umbrellas that are included (need to be reserved though) . Chania old town is about 15 min walk. Parking is included (valet). Breakfast is very good. The only negative, and I will not remove the stars from my rating, is the room lighting and lighting switches. Whoever designed it should be fired immediately. Room is way too dark, no matter how many lights you turn on.. and the switches.. or should I say touch screen panel... Good luck figure out what is what. Other than that, hotel is excellent and I can highly recommend it!

Great place to stay in Chania
This hotel really made our stay in Chania so much better. Wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel is modern with huge rooms and literally the best shower we have ever used(gigantic 2 person shower with double rainforest sprayers) Plenty of bathroom storage space. Very comfy beds. Impeccably clean. Nice made to order breakfast with lots of variety that is included with room cost. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is only a partial harbor view. There is nice selection of very touristy restaurants 3 min walk from hotel. Better to take the 20 min walk to the old town with much better restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

Designer Hotel
Good location about 20 minutes walk to the old town. However there are a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has it's own portion of the beach where good quality beds can be pre-booked and are free of charge. Their snack bar is opposite the beach with toilets available.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. The double showers are excellent. Breakfast is slightly odd as everything is served to you meaning you can't mix and match fruit/muesli etc as it has to be ordered as it's described. Also hot food is delivered so promptly you are still eating your yoghurt etc.
The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful although when our room smoke alarm went off at 5.00am and the emergency light continued flashing until we got up the reaction was slightly underwhelming.
The main downside for me was the incredibly dark rooms where you could barely see inside the safe without your phone torch. Also the light controls were trendy but complicated until you familiarised yourself on the second or third day.
The pool is not quite what I expected from the website pictures. It's essentially a very large rectangular jacuzzi and not suitable for swimming. The chairs were (for me) incredibly uncomfortable for reading etc. However they looked great and probably another case of design before practicality.
All of the above said it's a good hotel but could be better with some tweaks.
