Magic Mike Rocks
The pool area was lovely, though finding sun beds could be tricky. We did raise this with management who were reluctant to do anything about this until feedback was posted on the hotel’s Facebook page more beds were brought in. By our last day the hotel had also started removing towels that had been put out before 7am - more could be done by the hotel to monitor this as there were still large numbers of sun beds with towels on them that were not used for several hours at a time. Taking proactive action will helps make it fairer for everyone.
The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic - special mention to Magic Mike - your card tricks were AMAZING! - and *Thandah - you are wonderful. Both were so friendly, energetic and really made the evenings. Water volley ball was also a daily highlight with Magic Mike and Romeo.
The bar staff were also brilliant. Vasilis and Alexandros worked so hard and were always friendly and great to chat to.
One small suggestion: it would be great if the cushions in the pool bar could be changed in the evening, as some were still wet from guests coming straight out of the pool.
We also loved dining at the Greek Taverna, Thimari. The food was delightful and the staff were so warm and helpful for both lunch and dinner, Kallia we will miss you.

5 Stars Isn't Enough
From the moment we arrived (late, thanks to Jet2 delays) to the moment we left, everything was absolutely amazing. This was our first time going "all out" on a holiday, since my mum medically retired this year, and it did not disappoint.
The hotel is spotless, the pools are fantastic, and we had a room with our own pool. Everything was cleaned to a high standard every day, and the staff were brilliant — I'd have tipped everyone if I hadn't wanted to come home with any money left.
The evening entertainment was excellent too. We barely bothered going down to the bars to watch it in person — when you can watch it from your own room, why would you?
We loved every moment of this holiday, which is more than we can say for previous ones. The only issues we had were nothing to do with the hotel — just Jet2 and their delays.
One more thing worth mentioning: because we arrived later than planned, the restaurants were already closed. The staff still left us wraps and soft drinks in the fridge so we'd have something to eat.
Five stars really isn't enough for this. If I could give more, I would. Keep up the great work!

Excellent Deep Tissue Massage by Matina
I highly recommend the deep tissue massage by Matina. She is professional, attentive, and very skilled. The massage was strong, precise, and effective, especially for releasing muscle tension. I felt much better afterward and would definitely recommend her treatment.

Matina was fabulous. Massage was relaxing and also healing, it was a little bit pain at some Moments, but very soft pain, just perfect for the whole experience.

A pleasant experience
It was very relaxing and calming, the atmosphere is very peaceful and everything is very pleasant. The room was very clean and smell very good, it's a good thing. The silence in the room was relaxing and the therapist was very sweet and thoughtful.
