The nearest beach lies about 100 m away. Análipsi lies 1.5 km away and Chersónissos can be reached in 6.5 km. The tastefully furnished rooms at this modern hotel ensure comfort for their guests. The well-tended outdoor complex features both seawater and freshwater swimming pools, each with children's paddling pool. Guests can also cool off with a refreshing drink from the poolside snack bar. Sports enthusiasts will be thrilled with the tennis and basketball courts. Travellers can enjoy all their meals in the main restaurant which is set up in buffet style with a variety of Cretan, Greek and international cuisines.

Wonderful Stay Overall, but One Disappointing Experience
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The service is excellent, the facilities are great, and we really enjoyed the food and drinks.
Unfortunately, one interaction with a staff member in the dining area made my sister and me feel very uncomfortable. We asked about the ingredients in a salad dressing and whether it contained dairy. The employee then asked where we were from. When we said Israel, he asked if we were sure, then said “Israel or Palestine?” and added that he did not think there was such a place as Israel.
We told him that we did not want to enter into a political discussion, as we came on vacation to relax and enjoy ourselves, and we walked away.
Regardless of anyone’s political views, guests should never be made to feel uncomfortable because of their nationality. Many Israelis visit this hotel, and I hope management will take this seriously.
Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, but this incident unfortunately affected our experience.
Fantastic Hotel
Stayed for 7 nights in a swim up room, definitely worth the extra money. Don’t need to worry about sun beds, get additional benefits such as the Ocean restaurant at breakfast. Only thing I can fault is we didn’t get the sun on our beds to 3:30PM, but there are other beds you can access.
Food is excellent. Always something tasty available. Drinks menu also excellent with fantastic cocktails.
Staff were amazing. Everyone is so helpful, bar staff are friendly and cleaners do a great job.
Definitely the best all inclusive hotel I’ve stayed in and would go back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end!
The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and had a stunning view that made every morning feel special.
The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.
The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail showed how much care the hotel puts into its guests’ experience.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete!

My husband I stayed her in Aug Sep 2026 We have stayed on many Greek. Islands We have had the most amazing holiday The best yet !!!!! The hotel is pf the highest standard the staff deliver the best customer service from the reception team to bar staff restaurant team and housekeeping service. The food was fresh and beautifully presented We will be back Thank you so much Your hotel should be 5 star See you soon Jackie and Brian xxx
