Very good
Is at 5 minutes to ten sea, it has swimming pools outside, and is near to markets. It also has it own restaurant, we’re the food is delicious. We chose also massage and it was very relaxing, the lady, named Maria, has magic hands. The breakfast was various whit a lot of options and the people from there very nice with customers. I like it because they have a relaxing music all the time played outside but you cannot hear it in the room, also the rooms have a fridge, ac and a balcony.
Lovely little hotel
We were upgraded due to it being our anniversary which was lovely. Breakfast had lots of options hot and cold. Staff very efficient. Rooms cleaned to a good standard. We did have a lot of ants in our room, but can't do much about that. Everywhere is kept clean. We had a massage with Maria on our last day. She was so good, and so kind and friendly roo. Such a lovely lady always had time to chat. Lots of nice restaurants arpund and supermarkets too.

Amazing treatments and wonderful therapists
Maria and Peggy are the two most amazing ladies at the hotel spa! ❤️ We’ve become good friends. My sister, mum and I had a few different treatments and absolutely loved every single one. They were both so warm, caring and professional, and made the whole experience so special. The spa itself has beautiful facilities, and everything was good value for money. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we’ll definitely miss them and can’t wait to see them again! ✨
Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, we did bed & breakfast & upgraded to a swim up room which was very nice, Suite 502, very spacious & clean. Lovely staff, all very friendly, cleaning staff were very good & service at the bars was excellent. We ate in the Petousis Restaurant twice which was delicious & great value for money. The only downside was the area around which was a bit too quiet for us as we like live music & there wasn't anything other than restaurants so we did go into Heraklion a couple of times for more of a vibe. All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel, thanks Petousis 😊
