An honest review
It’s definitely not a 5 star experience and was overpriced for what you get.
PROS: • the beach is great, a lot of comfortable sun beds • stunning views from the hotel, the bay and the marina are beautiful • restaurants we tried were wonderful, tasty food and good level of service ( Mezedaki, Elia and Kafenion) • great bread and bakery products • shoutout to Lysha from Marina Yacht Club, genuinely a nice person
This is probably where it ends.
CONS: • housekeeping and the cleanliness of our rooms was terrible, dust everywhere, beds were made in a different way each day, throwing our worn clothes into the closet over our clean clothing • some areas of the hotel were dirty and felt as a wasted space • a lot of stairs in the resort, no option to grab lunch anywhere else except the main buffet, leaving you climb the stairs multiple times a day (with a baby and a toddler is just a pain). Yes there is some food to get at the beach, but it’s only fruit and some sweets - definitely not a full meal and it’s the same everyday • buffet food was ok, very repetitive • the service was not great, some staff we considered cold or even rude; at 5 star property we’d expect saying hello and smiling the bare minimum • no table service at bars or at the beach/pool • the bars at the beach and by the waterpark are self service with some basic food and water dispenser, felt abandoned really • frustration guaranteed when your toddler is not 120 cm high and cannot go to the slides in waterpark even with a parent
Overall we expected much more for what we paid, if it’s half the price and a 4 star resort you’d probably happy.

It was bery nice and relax massage and Joanna and Maria . Perfect.
DREAM MASSAGE COME TRUE
100/10 recommend. I have gotten many massages before but none like this one. I have severe tension in my neck, traps, and shoulders. I have told other places and they didn’t hit the spots like Maria did, she really listened to me and spent time slowly and effectively getting my knots out. She got them ALL out and that’s after moving, wedding planning, enjoying our weekend wedding, and traveling for our honeymoon 15+ hours on a plane and in an airport. Maria is INCREDIBLE. She is sweet, kind, and an incredible masseuse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Absolutely excellent massage! The therapist was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. I felt completely relaxed afterward, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the quality of the massage was outstanding. Highly recommended!
