Lovely hotel
We had upgraded to a sea view room with balcony and were very glad we had. We faced out over the road which was quite busy but that wasn't a problem. With the doors to the balcony shut at night we couldn't hear any traffic. The automatic curtains were a nice surprise. The room layout was really nice, the comfortable bed faced the balcony so we had a sea view, lovely first thing in the morning. Behind the bed was the bathroom area, the shower was open but this wasn't a problem because unless your roommate was sitting in this area (don't know why they would be) they wouldn't see you. The toilet was in a little room of it's own, fully private. There was plenty of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers in the hanging area. We put our suitcases in the wardrobe that had an ironing board in it. The toiletries were really nice, it's nice to have conditioner provided. There were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily. We got two bottles of water every day which we stored in the mini fridge to keep them cold. The rooms are soundproofed. Beach towels were provided. The room was cleaned during the day and then in the evening there was a turn down service and you could get clean towels/beach towels if required. If clean beach towels were needed during the day you can get them in the spa. We didn't use the spa or the gym. We didn't use the pool areas either, generally there were towels on the beds quite early. We tend to go to the beach about 4pm and we're always able to get sunbeds on the concrete plinth as this was still in the sun. Bar service is available on the beach. It was a nice touch to get shown to our room and to have things explained. The welcome drink at check in was nice too. Breakfast was a highlight, the choice was exceptional. We didn't have prosecco with breakfast but it was offered every day. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back

Excellent Hotel and spa
Great hotel, super friendly staff, had a spa treatment as well with my wife which was fantastic as were the 2 young therapists

If I was reviewing this hotel on views alone it would get 5 stars. The views from the restaurant and pool are incredible. However we felt breakfast let it down. The quality of the food for a 5 star hotel is unacceptable, for example scrambled eggs were unpalatable and one day the porridge was just milk, the poached eggs were like golf balls! The food offering was the same every day and it felt more 2 to 3 star than 5, in fact we had a better experience recently in a 3 star hotel. There are not enough staff and it is difficult to get refills of coffee and juice etc. The toaster didn’t work. There was always something missing from the table, cups, teaspoons etc.
Room was very clean with fabulous Clarins toiletries. Bed was extremely comfortable and air-con very effective. There was a turn down service each evening. Lots of light switches, some of which didn’t work. Automatic curtains were temperamental.
The bars were very quiet in the evening which is a shame.
Overall this is a great hotel with beautiful views in an excellent location which is let down by low quality food and poor service at breakfast.

A wonderful stay
We stayed at this hotel for three nights as a couple, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and every moment at the hotel.
The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The swimming pool and rooftop were beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea. It was such a pleasure to relax there and enjoy the view.
We are a young couple in our early 30s, and most of the guests at the hotel were somewhat older than us. As a result, the overall atmosphere is more peaceful and relaxed, which is worth mentioning for anyone looking for a quieter stay rather than a more lively or adventurous atmosphere.
On our last day, we also had a massage at the hotel, and it was excellent! My massage therapist, Ami, was wonderful, very professional and kind, and I truly enjoyed every moment of the massage.
A big thank you to the entire hotel team for being so friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We had a lovely time and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at the spa! The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming, and the treatments were excellent.
We highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high-quality massage. The facial was also amazing, especially the hydrating treatment — my skin felt refreshed and deeply moisturized afterwards.
A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
