The club resort is located by Agia marina, 7 km from the old town of Chania and 20 km from the port of Souda. It is built on a hill, 150 metres from the sea, bus station and the centre of the village, which offers a great variety of facilities. Agia Marina is well known for its natural beauty and entertainment options and it offers a number of restaurants. Shops, bars and nightlife are to be found about 2 km from the hotel. The famous Knossos archaeological site is approximately 140 km from the hotel and Souda airport is around 28 km away.
All the 134 room and suites are in small buildings located throughout the lovely gardens and offer all modern facilities. In the two main buildings there is a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a bar, TV lounge and a buffet and à la carte restaurant. Younger guests may let off steam in the children's playground. Further facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned hotel, which was renovated in 2010, include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a games room, café and a car park. Wireless Internet access and a laundry service are offered for additional fees.
Each room is tastefully furnished and decorated and features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, a kitchenette with fridge, and a private balcony or terrace. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, safe and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, with a separate children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may work out in the on-site gym. The nearby beach is sandy.
Buffets are served for breakfast and dinner. A la carte options are also available for lunch and dinner.

Theo was amazing
Amazing staff, people and just allround good vibes. Me and My brother had an awesome time here 🤗❤️. Special Thanks to Rafael and the manager for being there for us with everything, we got exactly what we wanted on this trip.

Excellent stay in Crete! Great food, spotless rooms, and world-class service
We had a fantastic holiday at Theo Hotel! From start to finish, everything was top-notch.
The hotel itself is beautifully located, and our room was very comfortable, clean, and thoroughly cleaned every single day. We stayed on an All-Inclusive basis, and the food completely exceeded our expectations. There was a great variety with something for everyone, including delicious traditional Cretan dishes. Personally, I was a huge fan of the freshly made sushi!
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional staff. Everyone – from the front desk team to the restaurant and pool bar staff – was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A huge highlight for us was how accommodating they were when we went on an all-day trip to the Samaria Gorge: they arranged an early breakfast for us and packed a lunch box, which was a wonderful touch!
We also loved the daily pool gymnastics and the memorable Cretan Night, where we got to listen to live music and even learn how to dance the Zorba!
A special thank you to the manager, Elli, and her whole team for making our vacation so pleasant and seamless. We will definitely be recommending Theo Hotel to anyone visiting Crete!
Amazing stay at Crete
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Not only we had great view to ocean, amazing food, pool and ac in rooms but also great staff! People here are helpful and always smiling, I felt like at home here.
If I ever get to Crete again, I will definetly chose theo once more 😊

The people here are very nice! I've met so many wonderful people, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. I love this place, and I'll always have fond memories of the people here.I remember Ellie, Nikita, Raphael, and Rin best. They were wonderful people with big hearts! They talked to us every day and helped us when we needed help.
