The main building is a built in a private extent above the sandy beach of Agia (Santa) Marina. It is a fish village hardly 8 kilometres away from the very beautiful city of Chania and 22 kilometres from the international airport Daskalogiannis in Chania. The hotel has an excellent view of the endless beach and the gorgeous Cretan sea and the unique verdurous landscape. It has a la carte restaurants in order to cover all expectations of our Guests, relaxation and non-stress areas such as heated swimming-pool, fitness center, sauna, steam bath and massage room. Our Guests can also enjoy a lovely cocktail or coffee in one of the Bars of our Hotel, gazing at the immense sea. These services are offered at the main building of the hotel. There is a shuttle bus (30 seats) to transfer our guests from the main building to its annex buildings and vice versa.

We wouldn’t stop here again but that’s personal choice. It is not 5* and the ‘hotel’ is spread over various areas. We were originally allocated in a room in a separate apartment block on the main road. Not only was it noisy, but the view from our balcony was laughable. It took nearly 24 hours to get moved to the ‘hotel’ & our room was far better. But it spoilt our holiday. I would say thought the majority of staff are wonderful, especially Anthee who continuously drive around in the golf buggy. I don’t believe a lot of the reviews on here..all seem too perfect for a hotel that isn’t (sorry)

Views 5* Staff 5* Main pool 4* Food 2* Drinks 3* Annex building/rooms 3* General decor/maintenance of hotel 3* Beach 4* (beds are not included in the A.I package though) Animation team 5* In short the views and the staff save this place from getting even worse reviews. 5* this is not and because it is rated so by Greek standards you pay a premium in tourist tax.

Overall very nice experience and great service from staff!
The animation team was great, so was the reception staff! We were upgraded by the manager to a great room with seaview because of a terrible first night. Very appreciated!! The buffet in restaurant was average and could definitely use an upgrade too with more variation. Staff there also very friendly. The only thing negative was that we were pointing out things that was missing/broken in the room and it took several days to get it fixed and we needed to let them know every day. Some things were never fixed. Overall we were happy especially with the staff who always tried their best✔️😃

We like our stay!
We enjoyed the peaceful setting of this hotel. Rooms were cleaned well every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and quick with service. Pool area had enough loungers for everyone. Overall a very pleasant experience!
