Everything was perfect. Really nice place, beautiful sea. Staff was kind and nice and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and cozy. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

The best hotel to in Crete
Location of this hotel is peaceful and the atmosphere is really nice. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Crete, and what made it truly special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout our entire stay.
A special thank you to the reception team, who were always welcoming, professional and ready to help with anything we needed. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also fantastic — always smiling, attentive and making sure we had everything we needed.
The manager deserves a special mention as well. He was kind, friendly and welcoming throughout our whole stay, and we really appreciated his positive attitude and personal approach.
We also want to thank the housekeeping team. Our room was always clean and well looked after, and we could see how much effort they put into their work.
Overall, the staff made us feel very welcome and truly cared for. Their kindness and hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable! We would definitely come back again. ❤️

The location is kinda good, it has supermarkets nearby, the beach is not really good, if you dont have special shoes for water or dont swim from the start you’d probably break ur legs. The rooms are ok but not for a five starred hotel, its always clean and the staff is pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxing, the amount of people is acceptable. I also liked the food, everything was made really good. P.S. i expected more

We had an incredible week at Rethymno Palace celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the fantastic Reception Team made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and provided valuable information. Our room was simply lovely with a stunning view of the pool and sea. The welcome gift was a lovely touch and the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping the room spotless every day. Every area of the hotel was immaculate and the pool and beach were beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Hotel is in a great location about 1hr from Heraklion and well worth the bus trip into Rethmyno which was beautiful. However, the standout feature of our stay was the amazing staff. They were always welcoming and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to Venizelos, Anissa and Konstantinos, who were a joy and made our stay extra special.
