September 2026 Short visit
Stayed at the Pegasys for a 4 night stay in September. Very nice hotel located a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. We were in room 210, modern room, balcony which had the sun in the afternoon/evening. Staff were friendly. Hotel has people coming to stay year after year which is a good sign. Pool area relatively quiet so no rushing out in the morning for beds but may be an issue in peak season. Pool has a snack bar selling gyros, toasties etc at reasonable prices. Pool only open 10-6 but it is quite big so you can have a decent swim.
Prices are very reasonable - €5 for a large Mythos at the pool bar €4 for a glass of red wine in hotel bar.
Breakfast gets a bit of a bad rap but it was OK. Unlimited coffee/tea some warm food - beans and scrambled egg, or omelette etc. Cereals, pastries etc are available. Its fine.
Road outside can be a bit busy but generally its fine. Supermarket on the road a couple of minutes walk.
Bars/restaurants are around 5-10 minute walk
We will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, great pool and staff
Pegasus is a lovely little hotel. Rooms are great and air con available. The staff are superb - Eugenia on reception and Spiros the manager in particular. Especially helpful when our little girl wasn't well.
The snack bar was great - really good food at a reasonable price and the pool bar too. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
We loved Roda. Joined Kinisis gym over the road for the week for 25e, great little gym if anyone wants to train whilst there. Lots of lovely places to eat in Roda.
We'd definitely book again ❤️❤️

Beautiful pool and great 3 star hotel in Roda
We had a lovely stay at the Pegasus. Staff are friendly and helpful, always a warm welcome at reception, staff at pool and snack bar also friendly. The pool was brilliant, lots of sunbeds and well spaced out. Always a space in the sun and in the shade. Breakfast was limited at times but adequate. On arrival, room was lovely and clean. I felt the house keeping could be improved. Cups / glasses not cleaned, towels meant to be changed every 3 days but didn’t get changed in our stay. It would help to have a broom to help keep tidy ourselves with sand from beach. Would recommend and we hope to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Another wonderful stay at the Pegasus Hotel in Roda!
We came last year and rebooked as soon as we got home, it is a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. We have already planned to return next year.
Rooms are very clean and spacious with a balcony, new bathrooms and powerful shower.
The breakfast is still great, Spirros still greets you each morning with a beaming smile and fantastic hospitality. Vivi still on the pool bar working extremely hard but always with a smile and time to talk, she also remembered us from last year which was very touching. Maria on the inside bar in the evenings is just the same, nothing is too much trouble. The owner is fantastic, always taking time out of his day to speak with us and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, his daughter sang one evening and was absolutely brilliant! The receptionist was new this year but also a delight.
Food in Roda is great, especially recommend Nico’s family & Roda Park for the meals and also Greek nights! Roxanne’s is the place to be for a beach day, just turn up for a free luxury lounger and reasonably priced service all day from the restaurant.
We can’t wait to come back next September!

A friendly hotel with a fabulous pool area
Cannot fault our stay at Pegasus hotel. Extremely friendly family hotel with a fabulous pool! Location was great, less than a 10 minute walk away from the beach, rooms were immaculate, and recently renovated. All the hotel staff are lovely and helpful, always ready to have a chat. But the pool area was definitely the highlight! We spent so much time there! Shallow end for children and a deeper end for adults. Our daughter loved every second she spent at the pool. Pool bar and snack bar have a good selection of drinks and snacks, even watermelon, and at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend especially if travelling with little ones! We would be more than happy to stay at Pegasus again, great value in every way!
