Awesome hotel and friendly staff second time visiting this hotel
All inclusive Can’t be beaten on sunsets
Amazing location, beautiful sunsets, lovely rooftop pool and bar. All inclusive, excellent breakfast, good dinner. All in all a recommended destination. You can’t go wrong with paleo kastritsa and the hotel is a good choice - very friendly service staff. 🙂
Great views
Great views and a lovely stay We really enjoyed our stay and the views were fantastic. I would definitely recommend booking a sea-view room if you can. Unfortunately, our first room had a bathroom issue and smelled really strongly of sewage. Luckily, another sea-view room became available and we were able to move the following day. The new room was much better, with a much larger balcony and an additional lovely view towards the side where La Grotta is. It also had a Smart TV, the bed was really comfortable, and the cleaners came in every day. We were all-inclusive and there was always something available to eat, so we were never short of food. We particularly enjoyed the bingo and music quiz nights — great fun! The staff work incredibly hard and were always very polite and friendly. There was one disappointing experience at the à la carte restaurant. We ate at the lovely rooftop restaurant, La Luna, which has an amazing view for watching the sunset. Unfortunately, I ordered my beef medium, but it arrived very rare and completely cold, and the pepper sauce was cold too. The waiter kindly took it back and put it under a hot grill, but unfortunately it still came back cold, which was very disappointing. On the positive side, the tiramisu was lovely! We also paid around £25 for a bottle of red wine, we could have had the house red if we wanted as part of the all-inclusive package too. There were also yoga classes every morning, which was a lovely extra. Overall, despite a couple of issues, we had a really enjoyable holiday. The views, entertainment, friendly staff and comfortable room made it a great stay, and I would definitely return.
Great hotel and staff (Hazel and Wilson)
Had an amazing time at the Palace Hotel. Staff were so friendly and were always smiling and making our day better. Special shoutout to Hazel who was so friendly and was always going above and beyond! Wilson was also someone who was very keen to help and always a friendly face around the hotel. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough and these two made it even better!
Really good
Had a great time with friends. Rooms are not luxurious but perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Had a dressing gown and slippers 😁. Food had been great. Found something nice to eat every night. Entertainment has been fun. Especially Teddy on quiz night. Got everyone joining in and had a laugh.
