Amazing holiday great value for money and great accommodation I would recommend.

This is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in! It’s an actual con they have going on here. The annex rooms are NOT what is advertised!! There are no pictures of these available to see and we now know the reason why!! They are disgusting, dirty and what can only be described as a prison cell and they are scattered all over the place. You’re no where near the hotel you THINK you’ve booked. Now the reason I believe this hotel has a con going on is because they know how bad these rooms are and have that many people complaining to be moved into the hotel and they are happy to do this but at extra cost!!! So not only do they get your the money from your original booking but they get extra once you see the room you’ve been given!! 80euros we had to pay. We came across 5 couples and groups that did this so you can imagine how much extra they make from you.

They advertise a Kitchen for self catering and you do not get this! We got nothing but a kettle, one group of girls got a broken kettle and a dirty toastie maker. We had no choice but to spend more money on eating out.

Now to the staff!! Wow! I’ve never ever experienced a more rude and unwelcoming staff at a holiday hotel. When we checked out they accused us losing the remote for the air con, we was never given one and once I made that clear, spoke in their language and it was to my understanding that they were annoyed the air con had been on the whole four days we was there like it was my fault.

Then we can across a very rude lady who got short with us because we wanted to shower before going to the airport after being in the sun all day and because she didn’t have the key for the showers, spoke to us like dirt and basically said it’s not her problem and to try the pool bar for the key. So we had to go and look for it.

It has been the worst four days I’ve ever experienced, from rooms to staff. All I can say is avoid this place like the plague!! If you’re already booked it and booked an annex then brace yourself for a very upsetting start to your holiday.

I don’t often write reviews like this for holiday hotels but I feel this needs to be brought to the attention of the people booking this hotel and thinking they are getting a nice room and are actually being conned by Love Holidays and the hotel. I will be making a massive complaint to love holidays for my hotel payment to be refunded, plus the extra I had to pay for a better room.
