This quiet and lovely hotel boasts a prime location just 80 m from the beautiful Ipsos beach on the northern coast of Corfu. Guests can wander around the charming town or, if they prefer it, they can visit the capital city, Corfu town, just at 13 km away, or get to Corfu's international airport at 17 km' distance. The premises are surrounded by a unique garden of fruit trees and within a short distance from many walking trails for those who like to keep fit. There are different types of accommodation, ranging from double and single rooms to apartment-style rooms, and all of them are attractively and intelligently decorated with all conceivable modern amenities for a comfortable stay, such as individual air-conditioning and a private balcony where guests can sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful view. The hotel also has an impressive swimming pool with a children's area and a playground.

Don't come here very disappointed experience
My stay at Ipsos Beach Hotel in Corfu was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the hotel did not meet the expectations I had for a holiday accommodation.
The hygiene standards were extremely poor. During my stay, I noticed insects in different areas of the hotel, and the general cleanliness of the room and common areas was far below what should be expected. It made me feel uncomfortable and unable to fully enjoy my holiday.
The food was also a major disappointment. Several dishes seemed poorly prepared and tasted as if they were not properly cooked. The quality, freshness, and overall taste of the meals were not acceptable.
The attitude of some members of the staff was another serious issue. Instead of feeling welcomed as a guest, I often felt treated without respect or professionalism. The way some staff members, especially from housekeeping, communicated with guests was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. I personally experienced comments and behaviour that I found disrespectful and stereotyping.
Another problem was the lack of proper air conditioning. During a stay in Greece, especially in the summer, this is an important basic comfort, but no satisfying solution was provided. On arrival, I was also asked to pay an additional tourist tax, which was not clearly communicated beforehand and came as an unpleasant surprise.
Overall, this was far from the relaxing holiday experience I expected. The combination of poor hygiene, disappointing food, uncomfortable service, and lack of basic comfort made this stay extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend Ipsos Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had
My experience at Ipsos Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic cleanliness, good service, and respect from the staff.
The biggest problem was the hygiene. We found insects inside the bedroom, which made it very uncomfortable and unpleasant to stay in the room. The rooms were also not properly cleaned. Towels and bed sheets were not regularly replaced, and the overall maintenance of the room was far below acceptable standards.
The food quality was another major issue. The meals were very poor and, in my opinion, not suitable for guests expecting decent hotel food. The taste and quality were extremely disappointing, and the limited food options made the experience even worse.
The staff service was one of the most frustrating parts of our stay. Whenever we approached the staff with questions or problems, instead of trying to help, they often reacted angrily and made us feel like we were bothering them. We were told that we had to solve problems ourselves instead of receiving proper assistance from the hotel.
Unfortunately, even the management and security staff did not make us feel welcome. The way we were treated felt unfriendly and unprofessional. I also felt that some situations were handled unfairly and that we were not treated with honesty and respect.
A hotel should be a place where guests feel safe and comfortable, but our experience was the opposite. Poor hygiene, bad food, unhelpful staff, and a lack of basic service made this stay a very negative experience.
I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel.

This hotel was in brilliant location and rooms where spotless initially I was worried when I read previous reviews but from the minute I we entered this hotel that went staff could not do enough for us always had a smile would recommend to any of my friends or family . Well done ipsos beach and your staff are a credit too you
Good base at Hotel Ipsos Beach
Location of the Hotel is good for those seeking beach, choice of restaurants and eateries and easy public transport. Ipsos is a very busy resort with the main coast road passing through giving it a flat strip type feel. We were dropped off on the main road at the bottom of the drive to the hotel, coaches cannot go up to the hotel, you are left on your own to find your way from there. Not really a problem in daylight but not the best for any after dark. The hotel lacked any signs for directions to the actual reception area or any alternative access for those people needing to avoid the steps, less mobile and with cases. Check in was straight forward, we knew about the tourist tax and charge for air con, but it seemed lots of people did not and therfore came as a shock. The room was okay and serviced us well, the fob for electricity wasn't working properly but we were given a spare one. I had messaged the hotel in advance and asked if we could have a kettle for our room, it hadn't been followed through but was sorted straight away. Only had an issue with towels not being changed on one occasion and it wasn't a Sunday, by the time we returned from the pool it had been sorted Sunday's no cleaning and some restaurants do not open. Breakfast is okay, it has something for all and caters for all nations. Don't expect a full English breakfast as we would know it. Pool bar good and food served was very nice. Staff were helpful. I want to finish this review with a shout out to Magda on reception for sorting the return of my left item back to the UK,
Cheap and cheerful
Cheap and cheerful hotel. Rooms are very basic however the beds are very comfortable, it is fairly clean and close to the beach. The continental breakfast was not our my liking so we went elsewhere for better food. The staff were mostly polite and helpful. The pool area is clean and has a nice view of the mountains however with the amazing beach so nearby we didn't use pool. A good little base if you are visiting Ipsos on a budget.
