Great holidays at one of the nicest places on earth. Exceptional concierge services by our concierge Katerina Vlachou who was taking care of every needs we had.
Excellent service from a genuinely friendly and professional team. A special thank you to Maira, Panagiota, Maria, and David for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality—they truly made our experience memorable. The atmosphere was elegant, welcoming, and relaxing. We will definitely be back!
Great Kids club next to the pool. You can be at the pool whilst the kids are next door doing activities.
The space is kept very clean and the teachers are so kind, and patient with the children.
They do some great art activities for the kids to take back home! Very grateful to all the teachers!
We came for dinner one evening, we have our summer home in Corfu. We were not guest at the hotel. We ordered whole fish, then we were bombarded by hundreds of wasps. The staff were sweet, but inexperienced, poor service. A wine glass was broken on the table from shewing away the wasps and nobody came to even clean up the wine glass and bring the gentlemen a new glass, until I said something 15 minutes later, very unacceptable. You cannot call yourself a five star resort with one star service. There was no manager around to be found. Just young kids inexperienced trying their best, but when you’re paying high prices, you cannot have inexperienced staff, and the best part was all of the fish juice was spilled over the guests and their telephones with no apology. Just unacceptable. Do better stop calling yourself five stars with one star service.
It was great time we spent in Angsana with a family ❤️❤️❤️❤️especially with Jenny who is so kind and cooperative, helping us with any questions! The best vacation ever 🇬🇷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
