Great hotel in a quiet area
Great hotel with absolutely lovely staff. So helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for you. Right on the beach. Rooms are lovely. Fantastic food. All Greek. Best hotel food I’ve ever had. I was disappointed on arrival that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room but soon discovered that we could get a couple of coffees from the dining room to have before going to breakfast. I also couldn’t find an information book in English At reception.Mostly German clientele. Great pool area that was never overcrowded with a bar serving great food. Very quiet area with a handful of tavernas and shops. The beach is lovely. Sunbeds payable to taverna serving the particular area. Something to bear in mind is the sea. If taking small children it drops away quite quickly and steeply. I struggled to get out. Otherwise a wonderful place to holiday. Going back next year
AMAZING BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!
I could write 5 pages on the positive experience we had here but I will keep it brief. Me and my fiance stayed here last week. On day 2 my fiance experienced 10/10 belly pains and we then found out she was pregnant. We have had many issues with pregnancy before (3 ectopic, 1 misscarriage) so we knew this was not good. I went to reception to ask should I get an ambulance or taxi to the hospital. They said they would organise a taxi but 5 mins later the manager, Helene herself came to our room and said that she and her husband would drive us (12 at night, 1 hour to hospital). She then escorted us into the hospital and made sure everyone understood our situation and stayed with us until we got a bed and spoke with doctors. The doctors informed us that would would not be able to fly home when we intended and would need to stay in Corfu an extra 3 nights. As you can imagine there was a lot of chaos for us as we tried to reorganise everything while taking care of my fiance. When Helene found out, she insited that we stay with them for the 3 extra nights at no extra charge! I found this very hard to accept but she and all her staff insisted. Everyday they asked me about my fiance and were so kind to me. I cannot put into words the love that was shown to us in these days, we were going through hell but the love was so inspiring. My fiance had a successful operation and returned to the hotel after 4 days where she shared tears and hugs with all the staff and was treated like family. We cannot wait to return to Belle Helene one day, we cannot even think of going anywhere else. By the way the food was amazing, the pool is beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring the island and the beach in front of the hotel is a painting. 1 million thanks to Helene and her team from us. Xxx

Heplfull and friendly environment , nice swimming pool and pleasant environment! Nice location very close to the beach and to restaurants facilities etc! Quite environment for relaxing stay 🥰

Fabulous and friendly
After travelling since 3.45am from the UK, we arrived at our hotel to be told we were staying elsewhere as our rooms were not ready due to the unfortunate storm damage. We were taken 5 minutes down the road to Belle Helene which sits facing the seafront and walking distance to the beach. The hotel was totally different to the one we had booked so were slightly apprehensive, however we need not have been. The staff greeted us with open arms and their hospitality and friendliness was incredible. They could not do enough for us and apologised if our rooms were quite what we expected but it was very short notice before our arrival. We were given our room keys and on entering the room, we were greeted with lovely bright and airy rooms and smelt gorgeous including the wardrobe space. The rooms and bedding were absolutely spotless, we could not fault them and were very modern. We changed and went down to the pool area which was lovely and chilled and the bar area was just perfect with a great snack menu. In the evening, we went down for dinner and had been reserved a round table for our party of 5 and said it was ours for breakfast too and if there was anything we needed we should just ask. The manager, Helene, then came and spoke to us and ask if were ok and happy with our rooms which was a lovely touch. The following day we could return to our hotel we had originally booked and as our transport arrived Helene came out and said goodbye and hoped we had enjoyed our stay. We were actually quite sad to be leaving as within a short space of time, we felt at home and all of the staff were just amazing and the hotel has a real family feel about it. I would definitely recommend this place for a chilled and relaxed holiday, right on the seafront and so peaceful. Thank you to everyone at Belle Helene, you made our first day in Corfu one to remember and will always remember your kindness.
