Lovely family friendly resort!
We went to this lovely resort for a few days in October with our two toddlers. It was a really family friendly place with good food options (including 4 a la carte restaurants) clean facilities and a lovely kids club (Grecoland).
Grecoland have a daily Greek cultural activity (such as making tzatziki) as well as lots to do all day, which our daughter really enjoyed. It is set in an Aqua park with lots for kids and adults to do. There is also a good mixture of activities for adults to do.
There are a number of pools and a beach on site too!
Our highlight was the staff, particularly Katerina and Paulina who work at the reception; they are brilliant!
One thing to watch out for are that there are several wasps around the hotel complex and mozzies in the evening, which is a real nuisance.
We would also recommend a day visit to nearby Kassiopi, a gorgeous village, perhaps on a Sunday when some of the hotel facilities are closed.
Overall, we had a really special time. Thank you!

Five stars from us.
This was our first time going to Corfu and to this group of hotels. We were very pleased at our choice. The booking in process was very personal- no standing at a reception desk but the staff sat us on sofas with a welcome drink. When the paperwork was completed the lady from reception took us to our room. We had a ground floor veranda room which was excellent for my wife who has Parkinson’s . The room was large and well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The building was however reached by 5 steps but these were manageable. For anyone with mobility issues the site is very large and the paths are wide and flat. There are ramps but there is a noticeable lack of handrails on the ramps and stairs. There are several speciality restaurants which are all excellent and well worth trying especially since it’s all included in the package. The main buffet restaurant has a wide selection of foods which were replenished regularly. There was always something to eat and enjoy. We don’t drink alcohol but there was a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The greatest asset to the hotel is their staff, everyone of them, from the management team, the bar and restaurant staff, the housekeepers and the maintenance team are dedicated, courteous and extremely helpful. This was definitely a 5 star experience.

Relexed holiday, where nothing was too much trouble
Wonderful place to start birthday celebrations, we have just returned from 10 days at this resort, first time with Grecotel, but will not be the last, wonderful experience. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment so plenty of space for just me and hubby. 4 al carte restaurant and the option to go out to two restaurants in resort. Which we did lovely change and hotel paid with a bottle of wine to share per couple, Food was excellent at the Italian restaurant, check in on the app before you arrive, to ensure a quick easy start to your holiday. Beach bar is a must for afternoon crepes and ice cream, lots of other reviews mentioned wasps and mosquito, yes they are about, but the hotel does very thing they can to protect guests so don’t let that put you off lovey helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to make sure your holiday is the best.

Great Location on a wonderful beach, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, amazing and very clean rooms. The food was very versatile and delicious. It‘s a kid friendly hotel, so some noise is to be expected, but it also creates an overall friendly and trusting mood throughout the hotel. We will definitely come back !
