Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just came back from spending 10 nights at this hotel. The staff really make this hotel a great stay, they honestly can't do enough to help you, and are always smiling. The location is about an hour from Corfu airport and is right on the beach. All the restaurants are lovely, but we did find the buffet a little boring and repetitive. Highly recommend the Fine Dining restaurant which was exceptional. The resort has a few pools, the biggest is by the sea and has a bar, restaurant and toilets next to it. All pools open at 10am as they clean them every morning and there is no rush to find a sunbed, also there is plenty of shady areas. The bar staff constantly come round taking your drink orders and deliver them to you nothing is too much trouble. The beach area is nice, there is a bar, ice cream and crepes. Also, free towels can be collected by the pool and beach so you don't need to bring your own. There are tennis and padel courts, and a great water slide area with lots of lounges and places to relax. The only downside for us, our personal view, is that the evening entertainment wasn't brilliant, but it didn't ruin our holiday as we don't choose a resort purely for evening entertainment.
I highly recommend a visit to the Spa. I have to say it is one of the best spa's I've been to overseas, and it is exactly like the photos on the website. The moment you walk in, the ladies that work there are exceptional, so kind and lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Papouli Lila and Elena who were so wonderful and helpful, they made me and every guest I saw come in feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend going and seeing the spa, you can use the facilities for only €25 for the day, which is unheard of in many overseas and local spa's. They also have weekly offers on various treatments, we had 30% off a selection of treatments and all beauty products and perfumes. We had a facial and massage and they were lovely the therapists were very good and the treatment rooms are divine. You can test the beauty products before you buy and they are very knowledgeable about them so you know you are getting what is right for you and your skin. Keep up the good work ladies, you are a credit to the hotel amd we miss you..🥰
Great hotel, the staff are very friendly, food excellent, all inclusive very good, rooms and facilities great, would highly recommend, very clean, close to town.
We had an amazing holiday and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This is one of the best all- inclusive resorts we’ve visited, especially for families with children. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind while the kids have fun. There are plenty of activities and entertainment for children, so parents can also enjoy some well- deserved relaxation. The food was fresh, varied and delicious every day, with something for everyone. The rooms and all public areas were spotless and very well maintained. In addition the services of spa was excellent. It offers great facilities in a beautiful and tranquil setting, making it the perfect place to spend time. What made our stay even more memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, friendly and always happy to help us. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family- friendly, all inclusive resort that offers the perfect combination of relaxation, great food, excellent hospitality and outstanding facilities. We would definitely come back! Thank you for all!
This was a wonderful family hotel from the moment you step into reception you were made to feel special. We arrived late at 2am with a four year old.The reception we received was excellent.A refreshing drink was offered.Than we were given a menu to have a light meal. The service was unbelievable. We had a spotless room on the ground floor .The housekeeper who came every day took such pride in there work.We download the app before we came and made a booking in the Asian Italian and Greek restaurant A special thank you to Diamtreo who was so friendly made such a fuss of our daughter and gave us outstanding service Also Nicky who was so attentive. My daughter attended the kids Club and fell in love with Maria and Tania who did her hair played games with her and did many colouring together The children pool had slides in and was again spotless. This hotel deserve it's 5 star rating. They was another pool for children this one had no slides but was nearly on the private beach. You can only book theme restaurant Greek Asian Italian once. The buffet on the other nights was excellent with plenty of choice. This hotel had its own square were we saw the greek dancing and acrobats. My only complaint was should booked for 14 instead of 7.Thank you for a wonderful stay
Checked in yesterday for a two‑week stay booked through TUI — a holiday that cost more than my car — so we expected a genuinely premium experience. Unfortunately, the hotel hasn’t lived up to that.
The check‑in process is poor. Guests are asked to download an app and complete everything themselves, including scanning passports and entering personal details. It feels more like self‑service than hospitality.
We requested a quiet room due to reviews mentioning noise from the main square. Instead, we were placed in one of the closest rooms to it, and the music keeps our daughter awake until 11pm.
The room is extremely basic, comparable to a tired Premier Inn at a motorway services. The lack of an iron and ironing board is baffling. When we requested them, they were taken away after 30 minutes because that’s the hotel’s policy. Completely unreasonable.
To add to this, the minibar — which is advertised as being topped up daily — simply isn’t. Ours hasn’t been replenished at all.
It’s a shame, because the pools and gardens are genuinely lovely. But when you spend this kind of money, you expect to feel valued. Here, you don’t. After this experience, I’ll be returning to Marriott stays only.
