Located on the beachfront beside the famous Tombs of the Kings, Venus Beach Hotel enjoys a peaceful coastal setting just 2.5km from Paphos town centre. Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops can be found nearby, while the picturesque harbour area is just a short drive away. A bus stop outside the hotel provides regular connections around Paphos.

Great Location
The hotel is located right next to Venus Beach, which is a lovely beach with clear water, perfect if you enjoy snorkelling. You can hire sun beds and cabanas at a reasonable price, and have food and drink delivered to you on the beach.
The hotel itself is very clean, with daily room cleaning. Robes and slippers are provided, as is complimentary bottled water. Breakfast has a great selection, although there are only two coffee machines, which is also the only place to get hot water for tea, so the queues get very long.
There are a few places to eat locally, or you can get a taxi into Paphos centre for around €15. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t allow you to have takeaway deliveries.

Very nice hotel would definitely come back. Great choice of food and drink. Good friendly staff apart from housekeeping who obviously don’t enjoy there job..

Hotel is maximum a 3* not customer friendly and everything is mediocre
first of all this is not a 5* it is light years away.
- when we arrived at the hotel entry we were sent away ‘this is reserved for taxis’
- reception was ok but far from customer focused and friendly
- the ‘superior room’ is very mediocre see picture of the bathroom 🙈
furtinture… well more cheap is not possible some of the power outlets had problems we could only charge our phones in the bathroom
- The hotel does not have its own beach and you have to pay for the sunbeds
they do not even have sunbeds reserved for hotel guests
- the hotel provides beach towels but only after 10pm where the sunbeds at the beaches are already booked
- the restaurants are huge, not cosy and not welcoming. breakfast is ok with mediocre products
- we had dinner the first day (buffet style) the food was ok but we did not get coffee after the desert. you have to go to the cofffee bar upstairs . never experienced this before.
- nobody greets the guests when entering the hotel
-towels in the bathroom are 20 years old

Our stay did not meet the five-star standard we expected
I am writing to share our recent experience at your hotel, with the aim of providing constructive feedback that may help improve the quality of your services.
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the five-star standard we expected, especially when compared to several four-star hotels we have visited in Paphos. In our opinion, the hotel appears somewhat dated and could benefit from better maintenance. The dining experience was also disappointing: breakfast was not consistently well presented or replenished in a timely manner, and outdoor tables were often left uncleared, which meant we sometimes felt obliged to sit inside. The food in the à la carte restaurants was, in our view, below expectations.
On a positive note, the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. However, the cushions were dirty, which detracted from the overall comfort. The rooms were tidy, but several practical issues arose during our stay: the safe needed to be repaired, the shower head was hanging loose from the ceiling, and the toilet did not flush properly.
We appreciate the aspects of the hotel that were enjoyable, but given the overall experience, we would not choose to return. We hope this feedback is useful in helping you make the necessary improvements for future guests.R
Food VERY poor
Do NOT waste money on half board or all inclusive. This is NOT 5* dining. Choice is very limited, it’s tasteless and above all it’s COLD. We complained as politely as possible and were met with attitude and denials. We are laid back guests and rarely raise issues but after 2 nights of the same and going externally to dine we raised it with management. Other hotel guests were saying the same and were met with the same attitude from managers. I would not recommend this hotel and it is NOT 5*. Beach is lovely, even pool is nice but food choice and quality are extremely poor.
