This impressive hotel is located in a residential area in Kato Paphos, within walking distance from the seafront and beach. This lovely establishment offers elegant facilities and excellent services to cater for all guests' needs. There are spacious and light-filled superior studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom suites and excutive suites. The guestrooms open on to a beautiful oasis of peace and serenity in which to completely relax at all times. There are 4 swimming pools to choose, 3 outdoor and one indoor, two of which are heated in winter. Buffet meals with theme nights are offered in the Patiakia restaurant, the indoor lounge bar is open till midnight and the Deck bar is available until 6 pm from May till October. There is also a health spa with a fitness room, a sauna, steam cubicles and a treatment room offering a variety of massages at a charge.

Perfect if I was at retirement age!!
Chose this resort as it was highly recommended on TA. I can understand why from an older adults point of view but for someone who’s younger than the majority of those who were staying there it is not all that!
Location: Not too bad and only 10-15 min walk to the harbour or beach. They do provide a minibus for 4 shuttles a day but this also isn’t enough. Maybe every 2 hours would work.
Accommodation: Relatively clean but very tired looking. The photos make it look like new and it’s not! Aircon in rooms works well but beds and pillows are HARD!!!
Food: OK! Themed nights but still mainly repetitive. Sunday Dinner and East Asia nights my Fav. Salads are always fresh but as someone else mentioned, Label the deserts!!!!
Drinks: Plenty but the glasses are always dirty. You get waitered service but slow at times. Don’t get me wrong the staff work really hard and are really appreciated 🙏
Pool area: Plenty of beds and comfortable. Need to provide the dirty disgusting smokers an area to smoke so as to not ruin others peoples relaxing day with there disgusting dirty habit. SMOKERS - have some consideration for others you selfish txxxs!!
Entertainment: None! You will get a DJ at the pool bar but he will play what he likes and not what the audience should be listening too! Singers - Dreadful! I’ve done better after a skinfull!
Gym: Not bad but needs less cardio and more weight machines. Definitely more than 20KG dumbbells 💪
Overall: I’d rate it a 3.7/5. It’s cheap and cheerful and I totally get it from an older couple who enjoy the very simple things and quiet environment and this is totally simple.
Fabulous hotel
Our 4th visit to this amazing hotel! The food and staff are first class and are what make this hotel so special. The three pools are very relaxing with drinks service throughout the day. Location is a 15 minute walk to Paphos Harbour. Evenings are very low key and relaxing. The beds are the most comfortable we've ever had on holiday and rooms are cleaned to a high standard. A fabulous value for money hotel. Looking forward to next year.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay here beautifully cleaned lovely food and wonderful staff so friendly and will do anything to help you have a good stay we only went for one week I’m always ready to come home but I can actually say I would have stayed a few more days Also the wellbeing lady Sofia is amazing was great to do Pilates with so helpful and patient with everyone and made you feel fabulous within yourself definitely would go back was totally amazing couldn’t fault a thing

Excellent Holiday
Just returned from our 2nd visit to King Jason. Like the 1st time it was amazing. Totally relaxing, beautiful hotel with everything you need for a total chill out holiday. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Just to name and thank a few that helped make our holiday special. Alam was excellent, he served us with drinks everyday we were at the Hydro pool, very attentive and polite. Yesi makes a great cocktail at the Deck bar and will have a laugh with you. Oxanna is the lovely lady that served at breakfast, what a trooper. Both Jusuf and Noaz kept our rum and mimosa's coming and ensured we had everything we needed. Nuir was a delight, she was always smiling, good sense of humour, a little star. A big thank you to you all. All 4 pools are amazing, different vibes with each. We favoured the hydro pool with the Jacuzzi and massage spots. The food is amazing, fresh, delicious and so much to choose from. Our room was spacious, clean and bright, as is all the hotel and grounds. Aircon is excellent, it cools down within 10 minutes. Just a short 10 minutes walk into town or there is a hotel shuttle bus for the hotter days. We will be returning in the future, we highly recommend this hotel. Adults Only Haven
An amazing week at King Jason. After a seamless check in with a glass of fizz and chocolates we were shown to our executive suite and it certainly exceeded our expectations. Yes it’s in a separate block but we didn’t mind that and I was able to watch the sunrise most mornings. A huge thank you to Vesi & Kira at the pool bar for making me feel so special on my birthday and that was on top of our second bottle of fizz and a birthday cake. The atmosphere in the evening can feel a little flat (unless the DJ is there) so we spent our evenings at the pool bar. Food: there’s something for everyone! Although the Peruvian restaurant could be an acquired taste but we loved it. Location: It is out the way, and does back on to a busy road but if you are in your room you don’t hear a thing. The walk to the harbour takes about 15-20 minutes at an amble as it’s all down hill slightly longer in the heat coming back. Spa: excellent massage, how someone so slight in stature can have such powerful thumbs!!!!! Would definitely return if only for the hydro pool & see Vesi again 😁.
