This impressive hotel is located in a residential area in Kato Paphos, within walking distance from the seafront and beach. This lovely establishment offers elegant facilities and excellent services to cater for all guests' needs. There are spacious and light-filled superior studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom suites and excutive suites. The guestrooms open on to a beautiful oasis of peace and serenity in which to completely relax at all times. There are 4 swimming pools to choose, 3 outdoor and one indoor, two of which are heated in winter. Buffet meals with theme nights are offered in the Patiakia restaurant, the indoor lounge bar is open till midnight and the Deck bar is available until 6 pm from May till October. There is also a health spa with a fitness room, a sauna, steam cubicles and a treatment room offering a variety of massages at a charge.

Food is incredible - never had food like this in an all inclusive - they had everything you could think of!
Drinks also really good - pool staff constantly walking around and taking drinks orders.
3 pools to choose from, we especially liked the elegancia pool and the hydro.
Sunbeds super comfy
Room was super modern and spacious
We really don’t have a bad word to say about this place - if you’re after a week in the sunshine where you don’t do too much other than eat and drink then this is perfect.

Fab week in the sun
Stayed for a week, hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, well layed out and spotless. Food was fantastic for an all inclusive, and the drinks were second to none. The pool vibe is very chilled not much happening but this doesn’t deter if you want a lazy week away. Great choices of pools the hydro pool in particular was a great added bonus to our week away. Would highly recommend if looking for a chilled week away in the sun
Just returned and booked again
Stayed here as a couple for 2 weeks all inclusive. It ticked so many boxes that within day's of returning home we have booked for October. First impressions on arrival we were met late at night with a cold drink and chocolate where reception quickly got us booked in and our cases were taken up and shown to our room. We were in block D203 which was as we had asked for a quiet room. As it was a late flight and had missed dinner there was a packed lunch and a bottle of fizz in the room as well as plenty of bottled water in the fridge along with tea and coffee ect . The room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of storage.
POOLS are great here and very warm 3 out doors one being a hydrotherapy which had loungers and jets to suit everyone with staff constantly checking if you want drinks and bringing round watermelon ect. The sunloungers are plentiful and have thick padding and extremely comfortable with umbrellas and tables between. There is also an indoor pool at the spa which is cold and pleasant after the sauna.
FOOD is not your regular buffet it's amazing quality and cooked perfectly I am very fussy and enjoyed every meal time with each night having a different theme for dinner the Sunday roast with apple crumble being my favourite. Lunchtime too had an amazing range of food from homemade chicken kiev to beef stroganoff with delicious homemade rice, potatoes and vegetable options with fresh salads and breads. Breakfast had everything you you ask for with omelette ect being made fresh to order.
DRINKS top level branded drinks absolute and smirnoff vodka, bacardi ect cans of strongbow cider and various wines chardonnay was good for me all served by an AMAZING bar team.
SPA numerous treatments to choose from I had a lymphatic drainage massage and a facial my husband also had a massage all done by Emerita who is by far the best therapist either of us has ever had the treatments were unreal.
LOCATION Kings Avenue Mall, Harbour, Beach and Old Town 10 to 15 minute walk or a free shuttle bus from hotel and back at set times throughout the day.
STAFF this is where this hotel exceeds itself every member of staff gives standout service at every level I could not possibly name them all from the greeting when we arrived to waving us off when we left making our holiday such a pleasure that we can not wait to go back.

Perfect for a peaceful relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful Kira, being one of them. The food was very good, it was clean, tidy, and well located for visiting the harbour etc.
Nearly perfect ,so relaxing
Wow what a pleasant surprise,we arrived at 10.30 pm and were immediately greeted by Kira to take a seat and a glass of of fizz , no standing around waiting to check in . Our luggage was taken to our suite , I then asked if we could get a snack and was told food all in our fridge, we stayed a short while for another drink and then we were taken to the room , on entering we were totally delighted, we checked the fridge and there two large baguettes plus cakes and a bottle of Prosecco and plenty of bottles of water ,tea ,coffees etc . Next day we visited the restaurant for breakfast and were very pleased with the selection of food , tea /coffee were served with a smile . Nothing was a problem all the waiters /waitresses were great . We decided to do our sun bathing around the hydro pool which is well equipped with various jacuzzi’s , immediately after settling down a member of pool bar came over with bottles of water and drinks,once again the service could not be faulted our special thanks to Alum , evening dining was again buffet service with each evening being a different theme ie Cyprian , eastern ,Italian , Mediterranean etc the choice and quality were very good ,wine was served and if required a bottle would be left at the table , again the wine was not the usual low quality . Kira would always come round to have a chat and check everything was ok and special thanks to Zinda,Oxana,Imran and the restaurant and bar staff.we were staying in B401 and were very pleased with the suite decor and facilities , room was cleaned daily and fresh towels, the view was a little disappointing (car park) but this was ok because how much time do you want to stay in the room ? . Bed was really comfortable with selection of pillows, air conditioning worked a great with settings for each area of the suite and 2tvs one in .bedroom the other in lounge . Our thanks to Abdul who maintained our room.The evening entertainment was a little hit and miss and start around 8.30 till 11.00 but overall we enjoyed .We would definitely recommend the The king Jason hotel , one of most friendly and courteous hotels we have stayed at throughout our travels .thank you all and we hope to return .
