This impressive hotel is located in a residential area in Kato Paphos, within walking distance from the seafront and beach. This lovely establishment offers elegant facilities and excellent services to cater for all guests' needs. There are spacious and light-filled superior studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom suites and excutive suites. The guestrooms open on to a beautiful oasis of peace and serenity in which to completely relax at all times. There are 4 swimming pools to choose, 3 outdoor and one indoor, two of which are heated in winter. Buffet meals with theme nights are offered in the Patiakia restaurant, the indoor lounge bar is open till midnight and the Deck bar is available until 6 pm from May till October. There is also a health spa with a fitness room, a sauna, steam cubicles and a treatment room offering a variety of massages at a charge.

Beyond Perfect
We have visited this hotel twice a year for more years than I can remember and consider this Hotel as our Cyprus Home. The King Jason really is a truly outstanding hotel. The emphasis has always been on delivering first Class Service, outstanding food and a holiday experience that is difficult to beat. All of this is delivered my a remarkable hospitality team who always go above and beyond to ensure all of your requirements are met.
It is always warming to see so many guests we have met on previous holidays returning and guest who are new to the Hotel who have informed me they will be returning. This hotel seems to attract friendly guest and people return to this beautiful hotel year after year because quite simply it defines the meaning of Genuine Hospitality and more importantly does this consistently.
This hotel isn't on a beach or by the busy Harbour area however these can be reached within a 10 minute walk and the hotel also offers a mini bus service.
I love to visit the Harbour but it can get very busy at times. This hotel offers peace and tranquility and takes you away from the busy tourist areas but they are so easily accessed when needed.
The Old Town is an absolute must. This area is where the locals choose to socialise and it offers an array of Beautiful Restaurants, Taverns, Bars and an indoor Market.
There are so many people to thank and too many to mention. Special thanks to Ringo, Hassan, Mustafa, Georgia and Anastasia. All led by Thomas the General Manager who is always on hand and also makes incredible Pasta. As always our heartfelt thanks go to our friend ‘Maria’ she is the heart of this hotel with over 25yrs Service on reception. Truly the “Queen” of the King Jason Group.
If you enjoy luxury with an emphasis on Exceptional Service this is the hotel for you…. You will not be disappointed.

The best holiday we’ve had !!
We stayed at the king Jason for 10 days and honestly it was out of this world. The staff were amazing and go above and beyond for each and every guest, nothing was ever too much trouble. They all work so hard all day long. Honestly there was nothing that could be improved, the rooms, the food, the drinks, everything was 10/10 !! We will definitely be coming back

Loved it!
What a fantastic hotel for a 4 day chill after a busy week cruising. We loved it here so much, we left the hotel for a couple of hours and couldn't wait to go back. The quality of the food and drink is much better than the normal AI, and delicious, the staff were lovely, attentive and hard working. The pool beds were comfy and the pools (although not very cold) were clean and inviting. We enjoyed the indoor spa pool too for a cool off when it got too hot. It's a quiet hotel with not much around, but you'll probably be too relaxed to leave anyway. I can see why people go back time after time. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the room was beautiful and so big. Thank you to all the lovely staff for a great stay.

Lovely stay at King Jason
Lovely hotel. We had an executive suite that was enormous. Food typical buffet style, good quality and choice. Never issue with lack of sunbeds. Quiet in evenings. Shuttle bus to beach, harbour and shopping mall. Staff were all lovely, always pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
A hidden gem in Paphos!
Today, my girlfriend and I completed a wonderful three-night stay at King Jason Paphos. As a Cypriot who has visited many hotels around the island, I can honestly say this hotel stands out and has exceeded our expectations. Our room was very comfortable, the beds were excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The food was delicious, varied, and of a very high standard. The Peruvian restaurant is a must-try experience, with excellent food and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. The spa is also a lovely addition—perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peaceful time during your stay. Above all, the warm atmosphere, attentive service, and genuine kindness of the entire team made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Mrs Maria for her kindness and professionalism, and to Mr Thomas, the hotel manager, for his excellent hospitality and attention to guests. We would also like to thank every member of staff for making our stay so enjoyable. For us, this hotel delivers much more than a four-star experience—it genuinely deserves five stars. We highly recommend it, especially to couples looking for a relaxing, high-quality adults-only hotel in Paphos.
