Would definitely return!
I am in contest prep for the bodybuilding show season and I wrote to the hotel in advance to ask about food. They responded quickly and positively. Donna, the manager of the restaurant at breakfast was soooo wonderful - ordering in exactly what I needed for my diet. She was friendly and helpful every morning as were her team. The chef (Spiros) at dinner made me anything I wanted. He seemed to take pleasure in making my meals special for me. On his night off he handed over to another chef who was equally as committed to making me a delicious plate of food to meet my dietary requirements. Just a big thank you to all the staff. There were a couple of awkward mix ups with misinformation at reception but apart from that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The floors are very slippery - please be careful.

We've had the most amazing stay at queens bay the staff are so welcoming it is my 5th time at this hotel I would never go anywhere else other than to this hotel.
Holiday with friends.
Food excellent. Location is lovely and quiet. Very clean. Not for children as there is nothing for them to do. We went B/B but Limited scope externally for food and drink. So go all inclusive if you can. We would return to this hotel.
Great escape!
The Queens Bay hotel is a well kept, beautiful hotel, with an amazing sea view! The area it’s located in is great for restaurants and a few sights. It’s in an overall up market and lively area. The room was big enough for the two of us, very big and comfortable bed, with a gorgeous sea view to look out at each morning. The bathroom however lost points as it was too small! It did function well though. We had our room cleaned every day which was very nice. We think it was of great value, as the breakfast provided a lot of choices and the location itself was amazing! Very clean place and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful! Might I mention Agnieska and the manager George , lovely people they both are. Also the waiting and bar staff, very friendly indeed.
We would go back in a heartbeat!
We would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for an affordable, relaxing getaway! Great value for money.

From the moment we arrived at the beautiful hotel and was greeted with smiles and staff on reception couldn't do enough for us , we have had a comfortable stay in our lovely clean cool room with a sea view to die for really opened our eye's with WOW factor , first morning of to breakfast walked past cleaners/housemaid's a good morning from all it was a breath of fresh air . We take our hats off for cooks chefs the selection of fresh and cooked foods absolutely delicious and amazing and the same with lunch and dinner with theme night's and evening entertainment waitresses are so lovely and helpful kind and work so hard "Nav, Natasha and claris especially " and JD on the bingo and live acts throughout the week the hotel and complex is super clean and tidy constantly cleaning throughout the day. We are seriously looking at coming back next year without a doubt. Cannot recommend enough 100% plus
