- Princessa Vera Hotel Apartments

In theheart of the tourist area of Paphos, an apartment complex “Princessa Vera” finds itself in a quiet corner with the beautiful view of the crystal blue sea. Princessa Vera offers a place of relaxation and coolness due to its light colours, green lawn, flower beds and most importantly its welcoming staff. The apartment complex is an example of a modern style hotel. It consists of a roomy hall and 70 rooms of three different categories. Moreover, there are two swimming pools; relaxing area and games area. “Namos” restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while Harley's bar offers a la carte menu for every taste. A benefit of the hotel is its convenient location in the city, as it is situated in the main tourist street and is accessible to public transportation. Additionally, all the important archaeological sites are within walking distance; such as the Tombs of the King
The location was perfect the atmosphere is just so wonderful the staff are amazing and hard working. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The bar Harley’s attached to the hotel has entertainment on nearly every night would just like to say that the staff Kokos, Dan , Denise and Michaela are amazing and are so warm and friendly. They make you feel part of the family. The breakfast food was lovely and a wide variety of options. Looking forward to going back next July.
We stayed at the Princessa Vera Hotel in Paphos from 20th–27th July 2026, and had a fantastic stay. We would happily recommend the hotel.
We stayed in room 218, and the view from our balcony was incredible — we could see both the sea and the pool, which made sitting out on the balcony especially enjoyable.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Kyriakos on reception, who was absolutely amazing. His recommendations for places to visit and things to do were spot on and really helped us make the most of our stay.
One thing that really impressed us was the air conditioning — genuinely the best air con we've ever experienced abroad! It was so effective, which was very welcome in the Cyprus heat.
Our room was thoroughly cleaned throughout our stay and was always lovely to come back to. Despite the hotel being near a road and there being a building site nearby, we couldn't hear any road or building noise from our room, which was a pleasant surprise.
There was also no sunbed war during our stay! Sunbeds were available throughout the day, so there was no need to get up early to reserve one, which made the pool area feel really relaxed.
There was always plenty of car parking available, which was really convenient as we hired a car for part of our stay and used the hotel as a base to explore Paphos and the surrounding area.
Breakfast was good, with a decent choice. We found the evening meals could have been better, particularly for picky eaters, as there wasn't a huge amount of choice. That said, drinks were reasonably priced — a bottle of Coke with our evening meal was just €2.50, which we thought was very reasonable.
There was one day when the towels weren't delivered until later than usual, but they were replenished in the afternoon, so it wasn't a major issue.
We also arranged a late check-out until 8pm for €40. This was subject to availability and had to be booked at reception on the day of departure, but it was a fantastic option for us with a late evening flight and made our final day much more relaxed.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay at Princessa Vera. Great location, lovely staff, fantastic air conditioning, a beautiful balcony view, a comfortable and well-cleaned room, plenty of parking and a relaxed pool atmosphere.
We'd definitely consider staying here again if we return to Paphos.
We stayed there and the staff were amazing thank you Anna for your help and support and also Denisea who is amazing she works long hours and she is always smiling thanks again
Spotlessly clean and well maintained in all areas, we stayed half board for our two week stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. Always sunbeds available and great location for visiting the mall or historic sites. Food was a little repetitive but always found something to suit.
We stayed 10 nights half board. The hotel and our room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful but repettitive, the evening meal had a few different choices was only ever luke warm and some dishes looked very unappealing, it's said that you eat with your eyes, snacks from the poolside bar were much better than the evening meal ! We ate out most nights. The pools were ok but there were inflatables in use by adaults rather than children that made swimming a bit difficult at times, there were plenty of sunbeds available We asked for a quite room and were on the top floor overlooking the pool, as has already been mentioned in another review, if you are on a road facing room it can be a bit like the TT races or Santa Pod some evenings
