Perfect location for exploring Kato Paphos
The apartments are located perfectly on the promenade of the seafront in Pahpos. The rooms are very clean and it was nice to have more space to move around in compared to a hotel room. The balcony is a nice size to sit out on and people watch with a cold drink/beer or just watch the sea. There are loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby and it's a short walk to the harbour, castle and archaeological park. There is a good supermarket behind the apartments to stock up with essentials, plus treats and drinks.
The air con is good and keeps the whole apartment cool. In the kitchen there's a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster so it's pretty well equipped. The bathroom is a nice size with a shower over a bath. The sofa is uncomfortable but usable.
The only negative is that the mattress is quite firm/hard. You can ask for a mattress topper but unfortunately that didn't help much. Saying that, I would stay here again and try and find a solution to the mattress problem.

Fantastic friendly place for a holiday in Pafos
A lovely equipped apartment in a complex above shops and restaurants comfortable beds with soft toppers available if needed. Decorated in local style, maybe not as posh as some of the hotels but absolutely all you need. Parking for the car is €5 for the duration and a deposit of €50 for the access barrier remote. Service staff are efficient and friendly. Bedding and towel are changed every couple of days keeping them nice and fresh. Wifi is good, air con is good (and free) the biggest test for me is would i stay here again - yes i would... the only possible drawback is all the apartments are at 1st or 2nd floor level and there isnt a lift.

Amazing apartment in central area. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now
Wow what a fantastic place to find for our holiday. Booked with Jet2 (excellent as usual). This apartment was as promised. Wonderful views from the balcony. The sun loungers were great. Sun from mid morning to evening. Watched the pleasure boats going in and out. The one that returns at 11 even had a fireworks display. Abit noisy for half hour but liveable. I thought being right on the front would be noisy but not at all. Had to go to the office for car parking and an air conditioning problem, both sorted within minutes by really friendly people. apartment clean and fully fitted with all you could need, even a washing machine which means only small amount to do when I get home. Would 100% recommend these apartments and already going to rebook when home
Sea view apartments
Amazing apartments with stunning views. 2nd visit to these apartments which have everything you need including washing machine, tumble drier, full fridge freezer, kettle and all utensils, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Excellent air conditioning, very spacious superior deluxe apartment looking straight onto the sea. Elena was amazing as I had been in contact prior to arriving and she answered every question very quickly by email. Maria, who was our cleaner deserves 5 stars for the way our apartment was cleaned, lovely friendly woman who cannot do enough for you. We will definitely return.

Excellent value!!
We spent 11 nights in a one bedroom apartment with sea view. The apartment was clean and well appointed including cooker, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Our lovely cleaner Maria (room 110) was a breath of fresh air! Very friendly and chatty and nothing was too much for her. Kept the place spotless! Fantastic location right in the heart of Kato Paphos. Very chilled time had by the both of us. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend!!
